HEAVYSOK
HV/HP connector for applications >60V and aluminium housing. All connectors are sealed and equipped with EMC shielding. The aluminum housing ensures a robust structure in the vehicle, it can withstand higher temperatures and can dissipate high currents. The HEAVYSOK connectors are available with various codings.

High Voltage Power Outlets
High voltage power outlets offer "your home" in a vehicle. These power ports offer 110V or 230V power for consumer electronics and appliances for both interior and exterior cabin use.

HVCO IEC
HVCO IEC/CCS2 connectors are all compliant with IEC 62196-2, IEC 61851-1 standards.

HV/EV Connectors and Components China / Asia
Complete interconnect solutions for all High Voltage Devices for Electric and Hybrid Electric drivetrain and electric power connections inside of HV applications including Charge Inlets, OBC, EV Battery, Inverters, e-motors, and AUX devices.

HV Harness Assemblies
Various build-to-print cable assembly including different process assembly such as potting, overmolding, electrical welding

Hybrid Connectors
For certain applications on auxiliary units, we offer combined power and signal interfaces in one component. This combination reduces the assembly and sealing effort and thus saves space, costs, and time.

Inductive high-speed xEV rotor position sensors
Piher Sensing System's high-accuracy eMotor inductive rotor position sensors (IPS) offer a cost-effective, reliable, and ASIL-D-compliant alternative to resolvers and other sensors for position sensing of high-speed motors. Inductive sensors use the physical principle of induction to detect the position of a solid metallic target, enabling reduced parts and higher design flexibility.

Insert Molded Components
By overmolding metal parts such as contacts, pins, sleeves, or busbars, a wide range of components can be produced for the modern electric car.

Long Busbar assembly
Various build to print Long solid Busbar or Solid and flexible busbar assembly with insulation such as PA12, Heatshrink Tube, Powercoating or overmoulding. Busbar application for Highvoltage connectivity

LPT
This series, a commercial MIL-DTL-26482, Series 1 crimp contact, general duty or ruggedized harsh environment, metal bayonet coupling, power, and signal connector. With 20 insert arrangements ranging from 2 to 55 contacts per connector and up to 35 amps possible with a standard operating temperature from -40°C to +125°C.
