Bullet Alignment Tool
SV Microwave has the ability to create custom alignment tools that easily solve for radial alignment in multiport board-to-board solutions. This tool can be configured for any number of ports and a variety of RF interfaces like: SMP, SMPM and SMPS and more. Simply mate your desired bullet(s) and multiport together, then place our custom tool over the top to ensure all are perfectly aligned.
Busbars
Amphenol Air LB France's busbars provide a means of power distribution between power generator boxes, terminal blocks, and smaller terminal block interconnects. Bus bars are available in various standard sizes and shapes as well as in custom designs. Bus bars present high mechanical resistance and are resistant to high temperatures.
Cable and Wire Harnesses
Amphenol Borisch Technologies has a long history of manufacturing complex cable and wire harnesses for a broad range of harsh environment defense and aerospace applications. Our capabilities include over-molding, custom backshells, unique cable transitions, braiding for EMI/RFI and mechanical abrasion production, rapid prototyping, live-layup, test, X-ray, and custom fixtures.
CF38999 Multi-Channel Fiber Optic Connector
The industry standard for Fiber Optics meets or exceeds MIL-DTL-38999 Series III requirements. Recessed pins in this 100% scoop-proof connector minimize potential termini damage. Shells of stainless steel or cadmium over nickel plating withstand 500-hour salt spray exposure. Operates under severe high-temperature vibration.
Circular Multiport Connection System
This product combines SMPM/SMPS connectors into a single multiport, reducing its footprint as compared to an equivalent amount of threaded single port connectors. This unique multiport has a keying feature that properly aligns connectors to their mating halves.
This reduces mating error, the time necessary to make multiple connections and the amount of tooling needed.
CNC Machining
State-of-the-art machine with abilities to machine, coat, inspect, and assemble mechanical solutions for our internal and external customers. Our capabilities include Six 4-Axis Mazak machines, 5-Axis Mazak Integrex, water-jet, and press brake, CMM, vacuum fixturing for thin-walled heat-sinks.
Coaxial Contacts
Reliable interconnection and continued performance in size 8, 12, & 16 crimp termination style. Available for use in MIL DTL 38999 Series I, II, and III Connectors. Also available in PC Tail.
Concentric Twinax Contacts
The size 8, 10, and 12 concentric twinax contacts were developed for applications that require high-performance interconnect characteristics in multi-pin connectors. Ideal for this application need is the high-performance D38999 Series III connector with its fully scoop-proof feature of recessed pins. The concentric Twinax contact is crimp terminable to twisted shielded cable.

D38999 Connectors with Coaxial, Concentric Twinax, and Triax Contacts
MIL-DTL-38999 connectors are ideally suited for shielded contacts for high-performance, high-speed interconnection applications. Insert arrangements can incorporate: coax (sizes 8, 12, and 16); twinax (sizes 8 and 12); and triax contacts (sizes 8, 10, and 12).
