SV Microwave offers a flexible approach to customizing our COTS products to meet unique customer needs. Our applications and design engineering teams routinely make minor adjustments to standard parts-such as lengthening flanges, adjusting retention features, or altering PCB connector lengths—to support specific design requirements. CQ Connectors
CQ Connectors are aerospace-grade, quick-disconnect rectangular connectors based on the standard D-Subminiature (MIL-DTL-24308) footprint. Featuring a unique push-button locking mechanism that eliminates the need for tools and screws, they are designed for rapid installation, blind-mating, and Foreign Object Debris (FOD) prevention in mission-critical aviation and defense applications.
Cryo Semi Rigid Assemblies
Amphenol CDI’s cryogenic semi‑rigid cable assemblies are engineered for precision, stability, and ultra‑low‑temperature performance, delivering reliable signal integrity for quantum computing, scientific instrumentation, aerospace, and advanced electronic systems. Built with robust materials, rugged construction, and flexible configuration options—including customizable connectors, lengths, etc.
CSLT Connectors
The CSLT is a quick coupling connector for use in Avionics systems, which can be used with PC tail and solder cup contacts in the receptacle and standard AS39029 size 20 contacts in the plug. This connector can be polarized in six different positions. The bayonet post design on this quick coupling connector is just an example of the capabilities we have available for your custom interconnect solutions.

Custom Design & Development of Ultrasonic Transducers
Piezo Technologies assists customers in designing, developing, manufacturing, assembling, and testing a wide range of custom piezoelectric ultrasonic transducers. We specialize in solving complex ultrasonic transducer challenges and have extensive experience designing and manufacturing high temperature, high pressure, and harsh environment transducers.
Custom Ultrasonic Transducers for Non-Destructive Testing
Specialty piezoceramics and custom ultrasonic transducers for challenging NDT applications: inspecting aircraft components like wings, fuselage, and engines; inspecting Oil & Gas pipelines, pressure vessels, and storage tanks; detecting cracks and fissures in tracks on railway systems; detecting wear, corrosion, cracks, and defects in power generation systems; manufacturing quality control.
D38999 Connectors with Coaxial, Concentric Twinax, and Triax Contacts
MIL-DTL-38999 connectors are ideally suited for shielded contacts for high-performance, high-speed interconnection applications. Insert arrangements can incorporate: coax (sizes 8, 12, and 16); twinax (sizes 8 and 12); and triax contacts (sizes 8, 10, and 12).
D38999 Connectors with Quadrax, Differential Twinax Contacts
D38999 Series III Connectors are ideally suited for the incorporation of shielded contacts for high-performance, high-speed interconnection applications. Uses size 8 high-speed Quadrax and Differential Twinax contacts. A wide selection of connector shell styles and sizes are available. Transition adapters can be used to attach connectors with Quadrax or Differential Twinax contacts to PCBs.
D38999 Contact Cable Assemblies
Amphenol SV Microwave offers high-frequency BMA and SMPM D38999 cabled RF contacts (size 8, 12 & 16) to SMA male connectors on Ø.085 and Ø.141 cable types that populate standard D38999 circular connectors. These fixed-length cable assemblies allow you to expand the use of the standard D38999 circular connector to incorporate microwave transmission lines.
