PCB Contacts
PCB Tail contacts are best for applications that have limited space and connectors that are attached to printed circuit boards. Three standard tail lengths (.15 inches, .25 inches, .35 inches). Custom designs available. Gold plated or pre-tinned.
PCS
The PCS Series are versatile, high-current, mixed density connectors with low contact resistance. It remains an industry-leading power connector in the market. Options for one, two, or three contact rows provide flexibility in selection and high conductivity contacts are available to maximize current density. Other options - sequential mating, integrated locking latch, and press-fit contacts.
Pegasus
Pegasus is Amphenol Pcd’s latest innovation in small, lightweight, rugged connectors. Designed for use in harsh environments, Pegasus builds on the successful Luminus Series Aerospace connector with the addition of EMI shielding. Tests show between 40db and 60db of attenuation, depending on frequency. RoHS and REACH compliant.
Pegasus High Speed
Pegasus High Speed provides exceptional performance in tight spaces, with a svelte shell size 8 (0.512”) outer diameter. With the explosive growth in Ethernet-enabled devices (IOT), this is size and configuration is particularly suited for endpoint applications, such as individual avionics sensors, panel-mounted units, seat back, and wall-mounted displays and monuments.

Printed PCB Thick Film Resistors
Piher’s Printed PCB Thick Film Resistors integrate resistive elements, switches, potentiometer tracks, and conductors onto various PCB substrates. Utilizing advanced thick-film technology, they offer customizable, low-profile solutions with high reliability and precision, suitable for diverse applications in automotive, industrial, and consumer electronics.
Push-Button Switches
Wide variety of momentary and push-pull switches. Switches can be combined with other connector options. The switches are qualified to MIL-S-8805/3 or MS25089 specifications. Custom switches are available including our IP-68 Hydro Switch.
Quick Mount Relay Sockets
Quick Mount Relay Sockets snap mount into standard aircraft panel cutouts and eliminate all socket-to-bulkhead mounting hardware. Simplifying installation, reducing weight, and installation cost. Sockets meet the applicable performance and dimensional requirements of M12883 and are compatible with Mil-Spec approved relays from any manufacture.
RADSOK®
RADSOK® technology is based upon a stamped and formed flat grid, uniquely twisted into a hyperbolic geometry to provide robust, high-density contact to the mating pin contact. This provides the high normal forces required for conductivity and provides a large conductive surface area. Correspondingly low voltage drop and low-temperature rise are also achieved while maintaining low insertion forces
