Piher Sensing Systems is a specialty manufacturer of standard and custom position controls and position sensor solutions. With a broad portfolio of contactless sensors (magnetic and inductive technologies), potentiometers, and printing electronics, Piher offers rotary and linear position, speed and switch solutions for applications requiring the highest level of accuracy and reliability.
Power Contacts
Amphenol has a large experience in power generation contact and has developed some technologies dedicated to power in order to reduce heating, save space, as well as increase durability.
Power Distribution Units (PDU)
Our Power Distribution Units (PDU) ensure advanced load balancing, surge protection, and seamless integration of crucial systems, with control and diagnostics via CAN bus, RS-485, and/or Ethernet, offering a robust foundation for military operations in challenging conditions from 28V to 600V.
Power Feeder Spacers
Power feeder spacers provide a constant spacing between the power feeder. The custom design of this product allows a six-degree rotation on the power feeder bundle and doesn’t fight against the natural flow of the cable. It is designed to sit within an Omega Clamp used as anchor points.

PowerSafe MIL-DTL-38999 Series III is developed to transfer high power (500 V) in harsh environments, with full safety for the user.
Pressure Sensors
Notable for high accuracy and repeatability, All Sensors is an industry

Pre-Tinned (De-Golded) Capabilities
SV Microwave has developed a unique and proprietary method for removing gold in the solder area of our RF connectors. We plan for gold removal in the design stage, modifying the connector body so it can be fixtured effectively and gold can be thoroughly removed from the solderable area - including nearby areas which may be prone to capillary effect wicking.

Protective Caps for Circular Connectors

PST-360 Through-Shaft Rotary Position Sensor
This sensor offers precise position tracking through the shaft without any gears, thanks to its unique non-contact design. Push-Button Switches
Wide variety of momentary and push-pull switches. Switches can be combined with other connector options. The switches are qualified to MIL-S-8805/3 or MS25089 specifications. Custom switches are available including our IP-68 Hydro Switch.
Pyle 26500
Medium-sized connectors with a rugged design, lightweight construction, and continuously dependable performance serving such diverse fields as avionics, missile systems, aircraft general-purpose applications, aircraft engines, and firewalls. Aluminum, stainless steel, firewall versions. Wire splice connectors are also in this family.
Pyle 26500 Hermetic Connectors
Amphenol/Pyle Commercial 26500 Connectors are qualified to Military Specification MIL-DTL-26500, as well as numerous high-performance customer specifications. Available in Stainless Steel receptacle, with bayonet or threaded coupling. Amphenol/Pyle is an experienced supplier of highly reliable hermetic connectors for the aircraft industry and our ZZL and ZZB series of hermetics.
Quadrax Contacts
High-Speed Quadrax contacts consist of an outer contact with four inner contacts spaced to form two 100 or 150 Ohm controlled impedance differential pairs. Both contacts, when used in D38999 Series III and ARINC connectors, provide an excellent alternative for harsh environment applications such as Ethernet 100 Base-T-100 Ohm, Gigabit Ethernet 1000 Base-T-100 Ohm, Fibre Channel-150 Ohm.

Both contacts, when used in Amphenol MIL-DTL-38999 Series III and ARINC type connectors, provide an excellent option for harsh environment applications.
Quick Mount Relay Sockets
Quick Mount Relay Sockets snap mount into standard aircraft panel cutouts and eliminate all socket-to-bulkhead mounting hardware. Simplifying installation, reducing weight, and installation cost. Sockets meet the applicable performance and dimensional requirements of M12883 and are compatible with Mil-Spec approved relays from any manufacture.
R27
The Amphenol R27 Series is a robust rectangular connector designed to meet or surpass all the requirements of MIL-DTL-83527 and EN 3682. This series is particularly well suited for military and commercial aircraft applications in harsh environments. Connectors, shells, inserts, termination modules, and contacts are sold separately or as full assemblies. Can be filtered. See our 485 series.
