Circular Multiport Connection System
This product combines SMPM/SMPS connectors into a single multiport, reducing its footprint as compared to an equivalent amount of threaded single port connectors. This unique multiport has a keying feature that properly aligns connectors to their mating halves.
This reduces mating error, the time necessary to make multiple connections and the amount of tooling needed.
CLP & CLPP Circular Connectors
The connectors in use today by the airframe OEMs and the suppliers of galleys and galley insert modules have been standardized for ease of maintenance and interchangeability, and are designed to accommodate the many different plug-in warming devices and other ancillary units presently in use world-wide. These lightweight style connectors have a positive latch type lock.
CNC Machining
State-of-the-art machine with abilities to machine, coat, inspect, and assemble mechanical solutions for our internal and external customers. Our capabilities include Six 4-Axis Mazak machines, 5-Axis Mazak Integrex, water-jet, and press brake, CMM, vacuum fixturing for thin-walled heat-sinks.
Coaxial Contacts
Reliable interconnection and continued performance in size 8, 12, & 16 crimp termination style. Available for use in MIL DTL 38999 Series I, II, and III Connectors. Also available in PC Tail.
Coaxial Fixed Attenuators
Amphenol RF attenuators are designed to offer flat attenuation over the designated frequency range and feature a microwave grade resistor that consistently reduces power. Hex flats on the body allow this attenuator to be easily torqued to the mating connector.
Coaxial Terminators and Loads
Amphenol RF terminators are available in many common series and genders including; 1.0/2.3, APC-3.5, APC-5.5, BNC, F-type, HD-BNC, N-Type, QMA, and SMA. Amphenol RF terminators reliably prevent RF signals from being reflected along the transmission line to reduce interference.
Concentric Twinax Contacts
The size 8, 10, and 12 concentric twinax contacts were developed for applications that require high-performance interconnect characteristics in multi-pin connectors. Ideal for this application need is the high-performance D38999 Series III connector with its fully scoop-proof feature of recessed pins. The concentric Twinax contact is crimp terminable to twisted shielded cable.
Conformable RF Cable Assemblies
SV Microwave's conformable cable assemblies feature hand-formable cable that retains its shape after being placed into specific bends providing a balance between bending capability and high-frequency performance up to 40 GHz. These cable assemblies, recognized for their customizable features, are useful for prototyping and development.
CoreHC RF Cable Assemblies
Amphenol CDI CoreHC™ is a high-performance, solderless ganged coaxial solution designed for direct PCB attachment. Featuring a 2.5mm pitch signal-to-signal configuration, it enables engineers to maximize space savings while reducing PCB size and cost. The DC-70GHz connector minimizes trace lengths, optimizing insertion loss and ensuring superior performance.
