Series Five Connectors
The MIL-DTL-38999 series of connectors was born in the 1960’s and Amphenol has continued to innovate new features and capabilities. The new Series Five connector is the next evolutionary step in the impressive D38999 lineage. Combining all of the capabilities of the traditional 38999 style connector in a lighter, smaller, and more compact package to support the military and aerospace industry.
Series II Sockets
SV Microwave’s Series II D38999/2M SMPM and SMPS socket contacts are engineered for use in connector shells requiring Series II socket configurations. Available in Size 12 (SMPM) and 16 (SMPS) for .047" and .085" cable, these contacts feature a shorter body length than Series I, III, and IV socket contacts, due to the lower profile connector shells.
SF-047
The SF-047 is a ruggedized, small-diameter coaxial cable engineered for reliable performance in harsh environments. SIAL
SIAL is a modular high-density interconnection system that has the capability to mix signal and coax contacts. The contact technology developed for this connector allows the use of thermal clamps. With 3 sizes of modules, the SIAL connectors provide the arrangement needed, from 18 to 392 contacts.
Signal Contacts
Featuring several terminations (Crimp, Solder, PC Tail, Compliant pins), the signal contacts are ideal for MIL-DTL-38999/EN3645/2M, SIM/EN4165, EN2997, ARINC600, or even relay sockets. They're in accordance with the latest standards (European - EN3155)
SIHD
The SIHD connector combines excellent electrical performances with high contact density within a
robust housing, which can withstand extreme environmental conditions. In addition, the lateral displacement capability allows the use of thermal clamps for heat management, as well as a more relaxed positional tolerance on the backplane.
SIM Connectors Series 3
Scoop-proof, modular and rectangular, Amphenol Air LB France's EN4165 / SIM series 3 consists of shells and modules, which together create an integrated solution for signal and power. Flexible and easy-to-use, SIM is suited for a wide range of applications. Available in metallic versions for robust applications, SIM are comparable to U.S. MIL-STD-810 in performance.
SIM QR (Quick Release)
Based on legacy EN4165 connectors, Amphenol Air LB France's SIM QR features a quick disconnection system. Fitted with modules selected from an extensive range of overmoulded EN4165 / SIM modules providing multiple contacts sizes and arrangements offering best-in-class dielectric and sealing performances. SIM Splices for Mil/Aero
Amphenol Air LB France's modular composite splice provides a reliable and simple connection between two EN4165 / SIM modules. Available with or without cable clamp, and/or flange, the SIM splice can be fixed on/under a structure or Feed-through. It can be fitted with the whole range of EN4165 / SIM modules.
Size 16 D38999 RF Cable Assemblies
SV Microwave has recently expanded its Size 16 D38999 RF Cable Assemblies portfolio with six new fixed-length cable assemblies featuring SMPS D38999 pin and socket contacts. Designed for SWaP-C optimization, these assemblies offer a smaller form factor than their Size 12 and Size 8 counterparts while maintaining high-performance up to 65 GHz.

Small Hall-Effect Rotary Position Sensor
The Piher MSC-360 is a miniature, contactless Hall-effect rotary position sensor designed for space-constrained applications. It delivers high performance with 360-degree absolute position feedback, 12-bit resolution, and IP67 sealing. This lightweight, rugged sensor eliminates mechanical wear and operates reliably in the most demanding and harsh environments.
SMASH
The SMASH connector offers extremely high robustness where signal integrity is required. Based on an
aluminum shell with 1, 2, or 3 bays, the SMASH connector can house up to 450 contacts.
The chevron grid pattern provides high contact density for advanced electronics packaging. The metallic shell is equipped with grounding, guide pins, and keying devices to ensure mechanical reliability.
SMP and SMPM Edge Lock PCB Connectors
SV Microwave’s newly expanded Edge Lock PCB Connector introduces small form, push-on SMP and SMPM connectors. Designed for high-frequency performance up to 65 GHz, these edge launch connectors deliver minimal Insertion Loss and low reflections without burdensome assembly techniques for reflow. SMP Connector Series
The SMP interface is a subminiature interface in the same scale as MMCX connectors but offers a frequency range of DC to 40 GHz. It is commonly used in miniaturized high frequency coaxial modules and is offered in both push-on and snap-on mating styles.
SMPM Mini-D RF Interconnects
SV Microwave’s SMPM Mini-D RF Interconnects combine the proven Mini-D multiport form factor with a high-performance SMPM interface, delivering a high-density solution for RF applications up to 40 GHz.
