75 Ω D38999 Circular RF Cable Assemblies
SV Microwave just released fixed-length 75 Ohm RF MCX Cable Assemblies for series SMPM, SMPS and BMZ. These cable assemblies have been designed to fit into any D38999 housing and have a true 75 Ohm impedance construction that assures a high fidelity signal in 3G SDI, 4K and 8K video feeds.
75 Ohms Coaxial Contacts
75Ohms Coaxial contacts are ideal for video acquisition. This contact range meets the 3G-SDI. Available in Crimp and PC Tails with three different sizes: 6, 8, and 12. This contact range fits within a standard cavity of MIL-DTL-D38999/EN3645, SIM/EN4165, ARINC, and 2M.
75 Ω VITA 67.3 SMPM Contacts
SV Microwave continues to expand its 75 Ω RF product offering with a new set of SMPM VITA 67.3 Backplane and Plug-In Contacts. The newest revision to the VITA 67.3 spec includes 75 Ω coaxial interfaces to support higher-speed video, which will become increasingly prevalent in embedded systems applications, particularly within the SpaceVPX architecture.
AFI Connector Series
The AFI connector series is a solution for board-to-board RF applications, especially for the military and broadband marketplaces. The AFI interface utilizes a proprietary configuration that allows for industry-leading “float” to compensate for the axial and radial misalignment due to packaging tolerances.

Alternate to Cadmium Platings
Multiple options for alternate-to-cadmium platings, including Durmalon, Black Zinc Nickel, and the new AP-93 1000-hour salt spray approved plating. Amphenol uses the RoHS requirements and the latest revisions to the MIL-DTL-38999 specification to develop these platings.
AN/PRC 117G & 152 Military Radio Data Cables and Connectors
Amphenol Tactical Communication (ATC) connectors and cable assemblies are designed to interface with the AN/PRC-117G and AN/PRC-152 military radio 32 pin data connector. The ATC connectors are designed to be used in harsh environment applications and feature a rugged, watertight two (2) piece metal shell design. Enhanced EMI-shielding capabilities ensure superior performance.
AP-93 Plating
AP-93 is a conductive REACH/RoHS compliant finish that outperforms Cadmium. AP-93 exceeds Olive-Drab Cadmium plating by meeting 1000 hours of dynamic salt spray, 500 mating cycles, and meets the millivolt drop shell-to-shell conductivity of nickel (Class F). AP-93 meets a 200° C temperature rating, is compatible with other platings, and is available on all D38999-style Series III connectors.
ARINC 801 Fiber Optic Connectors
Amphenol offers a multi-channel circular connector that complies with the ARINC specification. This connector, available in straight plug and wall mount receptacle, uses the ARINC 801 ceramic termini.
Armored RF Cable Assemblies
SV Microwave offers a range of armored RF cable assemblies designed to excel in challenging conditions, especially in applications like ground vehicle communications systems. Cable assemblies are available in both fully and partially armored configurations, these can deliver outstanding resistance to corrosion and crushing.
