We hold Part21G and PART145 certificates for production and maintenance. We support product design and certification by delivering full documentation.
F-143 Connector
Building on the legacy of MIL-PRF-28876, the F-143 incorporates the latest technologies in fiber optic interconnect design. The backshells feature the Quickloc™ captivation system, developed by AFSI, that is easy to install, easy to remove the captivated aramid yarn of the cable, and recapture without cutting back the cable.

Due to contact-free transmission of the expanded beam technology, there is no abrasion of the lenses and thus no damage and wear. HMA 2, 4, 8, or 12 channel connectors available.

FS34
These connectors are precision machined to stringent tolerances and designed to provide superior optical performance in extreme environmental conditions. FS34 offers rugged military and industrial multichannel fiber optic connectors with a captivation system developed by AFSI and Quickloc™ backshells.
FSBDC Series Bayonet Duplex Connector
The FSBDC is rugged, has a tri-mating bayonet locking mechanism, and is sealed ensuring high environmental and optical performance for a variety of applications in harsh environments.
The FSBDC is based on the proven Pattern 105 size 10 series of electrical connectors. The bayonet coupling offers simplistic and quick mating/de-mating. The shell material can be brass, aluminum, or marine bronze.

GCB-B Connectors - VG95234
Circular connectors in the GCB-B series with reverse bayonet locking according to VG95234. These connectors offer high reliability, are waterproof as well as wear- and vibration-resistant. They are also approved according to VG95234 version B (marine bronze) and VG95234 version J (zinc-tin).
GCB-M Modular Reverse Bayonet
Reverse Bayonet modular connector GCB-M, as per VG95234, housing size 32, to take up to 4 modules as per EN4165 for contacts: AWG 23- AWG8, FO contacts (MTP, MPO), RJ45, coax, quadrax contacts.. High Power 38999 incorporates RadSok, Temper-Grip, or standard high power contacts. Paired with the proven performance of the MIL-DTL-38999 connector series, High Power 38999 offers a variety of tooled arrangements specifically designed to carry high current (70 to 250 amps per contact, 240 to 1000 amps per connector).
High Power 5015
Features high-current RadSok or Temper Grip socket contacts for a current-carrying capacity increase of up to 40%. High Voltage 38999
An expansion of the MIL-DTL-38999 series to provide solutions for next-generation aircraft power requirements. Future power distribution architecture is moving toward higher voltages above what standard connectors are designed to accommodate. Amphenol HV38999 has been tested up to 1200 VAC / 1500 VDC* to remain partial discharge free @ 50,000 ft.
HVDC
HVDC is a low mating force, high mating cycle connector that achieves enhanced performance due to multiple points of contact vs. standard 2 or 4 tine contacts. Iguana 38999
Iguana is intermateable with MIL-DTL-38999 Series III and is waterproof up to IP68 in both mated and unmated conditions. The series is optimised for PCB applications and is pre-loaded with pin-tail contacts and includes integrated moulded stand-offs to facilitate inspection and cleaning. Optional integral ground pins provide low-impedance shell-to-ground connections for improved EMI performance.

LC Field
The patented RJStop® system allows the use of a standard LC patch-cord in a metallic plug,
which will protect it from shock, dust, and fluids. There is no need for field termination.
This metallic plug connects to a receptacle, using a Tri-Start Thread coupling mechanism
(MIL-DTL-38999 Series III type) with an anti-decoupling device for high vibrations.
Leap-AHRD
The 300Gb/s Leap-AHRD High-Speed Optical Module is faster, smaller, more cost, and power-efficient than most conventional data center interconnects. The on-board transceiver rugged device is capable of speeds up to 25Gbps and distances up to 100 meters. The optical cable can be routed above and around other components in the integrated heat-sink design.
M12 Hermetic Connectors
These connectors are miniature threaded, hermetically sealed connectors that are designed to meet and exceed the mechanical and environmental requirements IEC-61076-2-101 with fixed pin contacts, fused into a glass dielectric insert. These connectors are available as Stainless Steel receptacles with eyelets, solder buckets, or PCB contacts.
M55116 Plugs and Jacks
Complete line of qualified MIL-DTL-55116 audio connectors which are used throughout military and commercial radio systems and intercom systems for ground, vehicle, airborne, and naval communications. Custom M55116-type connectors with options such as PCB contacts, grounded and shielded connectors, and right-angle plug connections.
M83522 MIL-ST Connector
The M83522 connector is qualified for military applications and features a higher spring force than commercial ST connectors, allowing it to meet the shock requirements of MIL-DTL-83522. COTS ST connectors provide the same robustness with a spring force more consistent with commercial ST connectors, enabling them to connect effectively with other ST connectors and ancillary electronics.
MACH-D
Positronic MACH-D connectors are built with precision machined shells providing superior EMI shielding, which protect against electronic disruptions, guard against data loss, & defend against system failure. Matched Impedance Coaxial Contacts
The matched impedance coax contact is available in size 12 for use in 90-degree angle or bent cable applications. It incorporates a captivated inner contact which “snaps into” the outer contact preventing displacement or pull-back of the inner contact in situations where the cable may be bent. Provides 50 Ohm and 750 Ohm matched impedance resulting in low VSWR and low insertion loss.
MCX Connector Series
The MCX (Micro Coaxial) series is a 50 Ω series with broadband capability ranging from DC to 6 GHz. In addition, the MCX series features secure, fast and easy snap-on/ snap-off coupling.
MDP FTV

MGT-5015 Reverse Bayonet Coupling
An expansion of the GT-5015 series, offering a rugged environment connector in new finishes such as Durmalon and Black Zinc Nickel for military applications. Termination options include crimp, solder, PC tail, threaded, or custom-designed bus bars. Upgraded socket contacts include the RADSOK and Temper-Grip socket contacts, which carries more current than a standard contact at higher temperatures.
