Air LB TV-SIM | CTV-SIM Series / VG95319-1016 K,L,M approved
Modular CONNECTOR with Tri-Start threaded locking and five guiding grooves for effortless mating. This series enables the integration of EN4165 (VG96513) modules, with up to 30 contacts, for electrical or fiber-optic data transmission, as well as signal and power transmission up to 125A per contact, all within a circular MIL-DTL-38999 III shell (size 17).
Air LB VG95319-100; -101; -102 / TacBeam
TacBeam is a hermaphroditic lens connector, insensitive to dust and dirt for fiber-optic data transmission with 2 or 4 channels. This connector is qualified as per MIL-DTL-83526/20 and 21 and in addition it is approved as per VG95319-100; -101, a marine bronze version is also available according to VG95319-102.

Air LB VG96944 / PowerSafe
Robust circular CONNECTOR with Tri-Start threaded locking and five guiding grooves for effortless mating, offering 4 or 6 power contacts rated up to 100A per contact and 1000V operating voltage. FMLB leading contacts and LMFB lagging contacts, together with IP2X finger protection, ensure safe make/brake timing and high protection for both user and system.

For use in extremely demanding, salty environments, Amphenol-Air LB relies on the VG-approved version B: Marine Bronze. Maritime applications place increased demands on every component due to their use in salty and humid environments. The RoHS & REACH compliant material, specially developed for maritime applications, offers reliable protection against corrosion and maximum robustness.
Air LB VG version J - Aluminum alloy with zinc-tin plating and/or black anodized
Breakthrough into a cadmium-free future: Amphenol-Air LB sets new standards with its VG-approved version J. Zinc-tin is an innovative, environmentally friendly alternative to cadmium plating -1:1 compatible and equivalent for future-proof technology without compromise.

Alternate to Cadmium Platings
Multiple options for alternate-to-cadmium platings, including Durmalon, Black Zinc Nickel, and the new AP-93 1000-hour salt spray approved plating. Amphenol uses the RoHS requirements and the latest revisions to the MIL-DTL-38999 specification to develop these platings.

Miniature, explosion-proof connector specifically designed to allow a signal to pass through Zone rated areas using copper contacts, coax, or fiber optics. The new Amphe-EX™ is complimentary to Amphenol’s industry-proven Star-Line EX™ enabling it to work with smaller wires.
Amphe-Power
This series, based on SAE AS50151 and AS95234 utilizing RADSOK® socket contact technology, is ruggedized for harsh environments, high power connectors with metal threaded, reverse bayonet, or push/pull coupling. With over 90 insert arrangements ranging from 1 to 59 contacts per connector and up to 1000 amps possible with a standard operating temperature from -55°C to +125°C.
