The Amphenol R27 Series is a robust rectangular connector designed to meet or surpass all the requirements of MIL-DTL-83527 and EN 3682. Brush Rack and Panel connector series utilizes Amphenol’s durable and reliable B3 contact system in a rugged, non-floating Rack and Panel connector. The hybrid series utilizes Amphenol’s high-performance RADSOK® power contacts along with Amphenol’s proven B3 contact.
RADSOK® technology is based upon a stamped and formed flat grid, uniquely twisted into a hyperbolic geometry to provide robust, high-density contact to the mating pin contact. This provides the high normal forces required for conductivity and provides a large conductive surface area. RNJ Low Profile rack and panel connectors are designed to connect electrical devices between a moving unit (rack) and a fixed unit (panel).
