D-Sub connectors are now available with Surface Mount Termination (SMT) in standard form factors. The connectors use high-temperature thermoplastic that can withstand reflow soldering temperatures up to 260°C to facilitate SMT soldering. The products are UL recognized and lead-free.
FCI Basics D-Sub Standard Board Mount Connectors are standard density I/O products widely across various market segments. The stamp and rolled contacts complementing the full metal shells are available in solder, straight, and angled versions. They also come with single-shell (Delta-D) and double-shell designs.
The Dubox®, connector family offers an extensive range of through-hole and surface-mount part options. It is available in single or double-row in both straight and right angle orientations from 2 to 50 positions, with a maximum current rating of 3A per individual contact. FCI Basics Duflex™ connectors represent a low-cost and reliable solution for terminating FPC/FFC and touch membrane switches. These are designed for 2.54mm grids. The Duflex connector combines the advantage of the well-proven Dubox™ receptacle with the assembly speed of IDC termination techniques. These connectors are available in both single and double row versions with up to 36 contacts per row.
Amphenol Sine Systems’ DuraMate™ Family of IP68/69K rated (mated), environmentally-sealed, multi-pin, heavy-duty, plastic (AHDP) or metal (AHDM), circular connectors provide an economical, quick-connect, bayonet locking system manufactured to withstand the challenges and complexities of harsh environment off-road applications.
Amphenol LTW DVI Connectors feature a 1.5A current rating, a ≤20mΩ contact resistance, and a ≥1000MΩ @ 500VDC insulation resistance rating. These DVI Connectors have a copper alloy, gold-plated contacts, and steel, nickel-plated shell.

The ecomate® RSSM (Rugged Superior Seal Metal) Series of circular, metal connectors provides an IP69K rating (in mated condition) for industrial applications.
