Amphenol has been designing and manufacturing electrical and electronic connectors since the company’s inception in 1932. For nearly a century, we’ve been helping customers transmit power, data and signal in the harshest environments, from subsea applications to the outer reaches of space and everywhere in between. Our wide array of electrical and electronic connectors come in multiple form factors and are designed to meet the latest market needs including high power, high speeds, size and weight reduction, EMI shielding, hermeticity, high pressure and improved board retention. USBF TV & USB3F TV
With Amphenol SOCAPEX USBF TV & USB3F TV, connectors, users can insert a standard USB 2.0 or USB 3.0 cordset into a metallic plug that protects it from shock, dust, and fluids. The range is for Atex Zone 2 environments. It's based on MIL-DTL-38999 series III with a threaded locking mechanism. The connectors are sealed against fluids and dust (IP68).
USB Mini & Micro Connectors
Amphenol LTW Waterproof Mini & Micro-USB 2.0 SWIFT Connectors are IP67 / IP68 stand-alone connectors suitable for miniature connector requirements or wearable applications.
USB Type A & B Connectors
Amphenol LTW's waterproof USB connectors are IP67 / IP68 rated and designed with standard Type A/B interfaces in various product configurations -- plastic/metal, screw/bayonet locking, receptacle, receptacle with cables, overmolded cable, and field-installable demands for industrial applications.
USB Type C
Amphenol offers customized USB type C receptacles, whether in USB2.0 or USB3.0 version, in surface or mid-mount SMT version. Amphenol has also developed its own standard “strong” type, which enables high soldering adhesion to the PCB, suitable for harsh environments or high cable pulling force requirements. Waterproof versions have been designed as well.
USB Type C
USB Type C connectors are expected to be widely used as a next-generation interface. They support a variety of protocols such as USB2.0/3.0/3.1 and meet Superspeed communication 10Gb/s, 5A, and 20V power supply. The usability of the USB 3.1 Type C connector is enhanced also by its low profile and reversible product design. It is ideal for emerging product designs.
USB Type C Connector and Cable Assembly
USB Type C standard receptacles provide multifunction single cable solutions for data, power, audio, and video. The small form factor made this interconnection a unquestioned technology across devices. The reversible design enables quick and easy connections, no matter which way it is inserted. 16-pin Type-C is a more economical solution to support 20V/5A 100W power charge & speed up to 480Mb/s.

Amphenol LTW offers a comprehensive range of rugged USB Type-C connectors delivering a high data transmission rate of up to 10 Gbps and superior power charging up to 5A current. Designed in various form factors with multiple termination options make it ideal to fulfill industrial harsh application.
VerIO™ Connector
VerIO™ Connector is a versatile, robust, and compact I/O system featuring multiple standard connector interfaces such as RJ45, PoE (Power over Ethernet), Signal, Power, and Hybrid. It is easy to install and operate with a swift push-pull type movement. VerIO connector is ideal for industrial applications as well as harsh indoor or outdoor environments.

VHDM-HSD™
VHDM-HSD™ is a shielded, high-density, high-speed press-fit connector system optimized for differential pair architectures. The flexible, modular design of the product allows for the differential performance of our VHDM-HSD™ connector to be combined on the same rear organizer as the VHDM® connector which is a single-ended solution.
VHDM®
Amphenol's VHDM® connector's modular format and breadth of components provide unmatched design flexibility. VHDM® can be combined with VHDM-HSD™ to incorporate both single-ended and differential signaling within the same connector. VHDM® derivatives provide an upgrade path to 25 Gb/s with backward mate compatibility to allow for scale as needed.
Viper
Viper connectors offer a ruggedized VPX-compliant interconnect solution capable of up to 10 Gbps. With 63 differential signals per linear inch, this high-density connector system was developed to meet current and future requirements for high speed in high-level vibration and mechanical shock environments. Footprint compatible with VITA 46 connectors to leverage existing module card designs.
VITA 66.1 and 66.4
Ruggedized blind-mate optical MT Module/Backplane connector systems designed to meet the VITA 66.1 and 66.4 open architecture specifications. These products can be utilized in VPX systems as defined per VITA 46 or as standalone blind-mate optical connector solutions. They provide reliable high-speed connections for the most extreme commercial and military environments.

VITA RF 67 for Embedded Computing
SV Microwave’s VITA 67.1, .2, and .3 product lines are the latest addition to the RF / coaxial section of the VPX platform. These modular solutions include contacts, cable assemblies, adapters, and connector Backplane and Plug-in modules that support your embedded system's entire RF signal path. SV’s VITA products are designed for side-by-side implementation with other VITA connector standards.
VPX 3U 5-Slot ½ Size ATR Backplane
Amphenol-BSI’s range of VPX backplanes is fully customizable to our customers requirements. One such example is the ½ size ATR backplane that uses an OpenVPX65 profile, but the mechanical envelope is customized to fit a typical ½ size ATR enclosure. ABSI continues to invest in our Engineering team to provide our customers with a Solution Provider that they can trust and grow in partnership.
VPX Optical and Coax Backplane (VITA 66 & 67)
VITA 66.x and VITA 67.x are standards that define families of blind mate Fibre Optic interconnects and analogue coaxial interconnects respectively, for use with VPX 46 backplanes and plugin modules.

Warrior Grip Series

Waterproof I/O Connectors
Amphenol develops waterproof I/O connectors for mobile and wearable devices including smartphones, rugged mobile phones, smartwatches, and fitness bands where the environment requires protection at Ipx7 or even Ipx8 levels. Our range of waterproof products covers micro-USB connectors, AudioJack connectors, and the more recent USB Type C connectors.
Waterproof Micro USB 2.0
Amphenol's Waterproof Micro USB 2.0 comes with full shielding that protects against Electromagnetic Interference (EMI), Radio-Frequency Interference (RFI), and Electromagnetic Discharge (ESD). The USB connector supports fast charging with 1.8A power contacts and is capable to support up to 3A for customized needs. These halogen-free connectors meet IPX4 industry ratings.
Waterproof RF Adapters (IP68 Rated)
Amphenol SV Microwave offers a wide range of IP67 and IP68 waterproof interconnect products designed to withstand rigorous environments and harsh elements. SV's waterproof adapters include hermetically sealed connectors to 1 x 10-8 cc/sec, making them ideal for high-pressure, vacuum applications, and the prevention of liquid or gas leakage.
Waterproof USB Type C
SCALABLE, SUPERSPEED CONNECTOR SYSTEM
Waterproof USB Type C with IPX8 performance supports a variety of protocols such as USB 2.0, USB 3.2 Gen 1, USB 3.2 Gen 2 and meets high-speed communication and power delivery (20V, 5A). The usability of Waterproof Type C is with strong IP performance and unique IP technology to ensure each part meets the high quality of waterproof performance.
WireLock®
WireLock® is a 1.80mm pitch wire-to-board connector system. Its compact design addresses the growing need for space-saving automotive-grade connectors. WireLock® is a double row connector system offering four coding types with different colors.
Wire Protector System
This series is economical PCB terminal blocks, which mainly take 2P/3P as the base pole and can be combined into any desired pole according to customers' requirements. With anti-vibration characteristics, flexible and convenient connection mode. Space 2.50mm-10.16mm, product design in line with IEC/EN60998, IEC/EN60947-7-4, UL1059, CSA C2.22 No.158, and other international standards.
Wire-to-Board Connector System (1.20mm pitch)
FCI Basics 1.20mm wire-to-board connector system is low profile and compact with 3, 4, and 6 pin counts. The plug and receptacle use a frictional mating method enabling up to 20 mating cycles.
The enclosed receptacle makes sure that the side entry matings are secure in tight spaces. Additional polarized key slots prevent any misalignment between the plug and receptacle.
Wire-to-Board Connector System (1.25mm pitch)
FCI Basics 1.25mm wire-to-board connector system is designed for a wide variety of applications in Industrial, Automotive, and Consumer markets. The comprehensive range consists of terminals, crimp housings, and PCB headers in straight and RA, SMT, and through-hole configurations. It is available in 2 to 15 circuits in a single row. 1.25mm WTB solution conforms to the EU Industry Safety Standard.

DESIGNED TO ACHIEVE 56G DATA RATE REQUIREMENTS
X2's upgraded platform maintains backward mating interface compatibility with existing XCede® products while offering new backplane configurations. Mid-plane-based orthogonal solutions are available for 6-Pair along with the others, supporting both 85Ω and 100Ω to meet a wide variety of application needs, including Ethernet and PCI.
XCede I/O
The XCede® I/O interconnect system is comprised of a 32-position, variable pitch connector built for use in high-speed serial applications. Each port offers 4 channels to increase port density which contributes to more board real estate and immense cost savings. The XCede® I/O connector supports next-generation 100G+ applications and transmits up to 25 Gbps/serial-lane.

Offering a linear density of up to 84 differential pairs per inch (33 differential pairs per centimeter), the XCede® HD connector meets the requirements of high-density architectures with a 35% increase in density as compared to standard XCede®.

The XCede® HD Plus backplane connector achieves high performance (up to 28+ Gb/s) in a Hard Metric form factor. Offering a linear density of up to 84 differential pairs per inch (33 differential pairs per centimeter), the XCede® HD Plus connector meets the high-density needs of today's challenging architectures.
XCede® Power Connectors
XCede® connector platform is designed to provide headroom for high-speed, serial data rates demanded by data centers and service provider networks. The use of polymers in a resonance-damping shield enables low crosstalk across a wide frequency range. The XCede® backplane header system provides the ruggedness and long-term reliability required by today's systems.
XFP
XFP is a 30pos 0.8mm pitch SMT receptacle designed to support 10 Gigabit Fibre Channel and Gigabit Ethernet with the ability to extend performance to 14 Gbps. It is constructed from a metal frame and the cage assembly is to be bezel-mounted to an I/O panel with compliant pins for pressing onto the host PCB. Its single row cage configuration requires less space & is cost-optimized.
XFP 10G Transceivers
XFP 10G optical transceivers include SR, LR, ER, ZR and support Duplex, BiDi, CWDM, and DWDM solutions. They adopt an LC interface and are compatible with IEEE802.3ae, XFP MSA, and other standards. XFP 10G optical transceivers have the characteristics of low power consumption, small size, and high speed. They are most commonly used in Transmission, Storage Area Networks, and other environments.
X-LOK Push-Lock Connectors
Amphenol LTW's X-Lok Series connectors are presented in various sizes for power, signal, and hybrid applications for fast, simple, and reliable connections. Features a push-lock mechanism for intuitive mating with AUDIBLE and TACTILE feedback.
YK50B & YK44B - Barrier Terminal Blocks
YK50B & YK44B are designed with nuts with greater screw torque and prevent torsion from reaching the terminal when screwing. The structure is simple and firm, and the connection is safe and reliable.
ZConnect Low-Profile LV214-Compliant Connectors
Amphenol LTW ZConnect® LV214-Compliant Connectors are low-profile connectors (8mm maximum mated height) for space-saving. ZConnect Connectors are robust enough to meet the automotive requirements of LV214 (VW75174). The series ranges from 8 to 40 contacts at 1A up to 120VDC with 0.9mm / 1.8mm / 2.7mm pitch. The connectors include mated and unmated versions and an IPx67 option.
Zeus Din-Rail 7KV & 5KV
Zeus series is a High voltage Din-Rail Connector that can be used as a high voltage terminal block. 5KV or 7KV Available in 2 or 3 contacts versions. Snap-in RADSOK Contact technology for 6AWG, 8AWG, and 12AWG. The connector is designed with Creepage/Clearance in accordance with5KV IEC60079-7 guidance
Zhaga Book 18 Compliant FLS Series
OUTDOOR LIGHTING RECEPTACLES, BASES, AND DOMES
The FLS Series products are compliant with Zhaga Book 18. The FLS Receptacle is designed with 4 contacts for Power, DALI, and Digital I/O, and mounts on a Luminaire. The mating FLS Base /Extension Module and Dome together form the housing for a Photocell/Sensor Module assembly.
Zhaga Book 20 Compliant FLM Series
The FLM Series products are compliant with the Zhaga Book 20. Zhaga Book 20 specifies 2 position connectors identified as Luminaire Extension Module Receptacles (LEX-MR) and Luminaire Plugs (LEX-LP), used for DALI-2 (Digital Addressable Lighting Interface) applications. DALI-2 is a smart interface protocol between indoor luminaires and sensors and communication modules.
