High Power 5015

High Voltage 38999
An expansion of the MIL-DTL-38999 series to provide solutions for next-generation aircraft power requirements. Future power distribution architecture is moving toward higher voltages above what standard connectors are designed to accommodate. Amphenol HV38999 has been tested up to 1200 VAC / 1500 VDC* to remain partial discharge free @ 50,000 ft.
H-PAC
Amphenol Air LB France's Next Generation of Power connector, H-PAC features an innovative and easy-to-use locking system offering a perfect connection security. Perfectly suited for High-Demanding power applications on various platforms (full electric or hybrid powered), H-PAC comes in 2 contacts or 3 contacts versions (215 Amps per contact).
HTC
The HTC Series is designed to meet the requirements of MIL-DTL-83723, EN2997, and Rolls-Royce ESC standards. They are available in Stainless Steel qualified to ESC15 & 16 are in Titanium qualified to ESC20 & 21. The Titanium versions provide comparable performance to Stainless Steel, but with 30% weight savings, offering significant benefits in aero-engine applications where weight is critical.
HVDC
HVDC is a low mating force, high mating cycle connector that achieves enhanced performance due to multiple points of contact vs. standard 2 or 4 tine contacts. Weight savings with a composite shell and hollow pin design threaded or lug termination. Temperature rating: 180°C. Current Rating: 365 Amps

Integrated RF Filters
SV Microwave has designed a new product line of high-frequency, low pass filters with a small form factor. These low pass filters are available with DC to 12 or 18 GHz passbands and are available as a standard connectorized offerings for the SMA and SMPM series. Additionally, the SMPM filter does not compromise on connector density and maintains the same outer diameter as a typical SMPM bullet.
