Pegasus
Pegasus is Amphenol Pcd’s latest innovation in small, lightweight, rugged connectors. Designed for use in harsh environments, Pegasus builds on the successful Luminus Series Aerospace connector with the addition of EMI shielding. Tests show between 40db and 60db of attenuation, depending on frequency. RoHS and REACH compliant.
Power Distribution Units (PDU)
Our Power Distribution Units (PDU) ensure advanced load balancing, surge protection, and seamless integration of crucial systems, with control and diagnostics via CAN bus, RS-485, and/or Ethernet, offering a robust foundation for military operations in challenging conditions from 28V to 600V.
Power Feeder Spacers
Power feeder spacers provide a constant spacing between the power feeder. The custom design of this product allows a six-degree rotation on the power feeder bundle and doesn’t fight against the natural flow of the cable. It is designed to sit within an Omega Clamp used as anchor points.

PowerSafe MIL-DTL-38999 Series III is developed to transfer high power (1000 V) in harsh environments, with full safety for the user.
Pressure Sensors

Pre-Tinned (De-Golded) Capabilities
SV Microwave has developed a unique and proprietary method for removing gold in the solder area of our RF connectors. We plan for gold removal in the design stage, modifying the connector body so it can be fixtured effectively and gold can be thoroughly removed from the solderable area - including nearby areas which may be prone to capillary effect wicking.
Push-Button Switches
Wide variety of momentary and push-pull switches. Switches can be combined with other connector options. The switches are qualified to MIL-S-8805/3 or MS25089 specifications. Custom switches are available including our IP-68 Hydro Switch.
Pyle 26500 Hermetic Connectors
Amphenol/Pyle Commercial 26500 Connectors are qualified to Military Specification MIL-DTL-26500, as well as numerous high-performance customer specifications. Available in Stainless Steel receptacle, with bayonet or threaded coupling. Amphenol/Pyle is an experienced supplier of highly reliable hermetic connectors for the aircraft industry and our ZZL and ZZB series of hermetics.
Quick Mount Relay Sockets
Quick Mount Relay Sockets snap mount into standard aircraft panel cutouts and eliminate all socket-to-bulkhead mounting hardware. Simplifying installation, reducing weight, and installation cost. Sockets meet the applicable performance and dimensional requirements of M12883 and are compatible with Mil-Spec approved relays from any manufacture.
R38 Series
These connectors are combinations of D-subminiature or Micro-D with RF contacts. Available in standard contacts, integrated, and reverse-gender integrated for lower-cost solutions. Have provided coax, triax, quadrax solutions for space, military, and commercial applications.
R39 - Rectangular 38999
Amphenol's rectangular 38999 connector soars to meet higher expectations. It is dynamically engineered for a changing world.

R58
The Amphenol R58 series are high-performance environment-resistant, rectangular connectors designed to be compatible with all MIL-DTL-83733 connectors and Amphenol Canada is interchangeable with all M83733 connectors and the only qualified supplier for the Mil-Spec JN1122. RADSOK®
RADSOK® technology is based upon a stamped and formed flat grid, uniquely twisted into a hyperbolic geometry to provide robust, high-density contact to the mating pin contact. This provides the high normal forces required for conductivity and provides a large conductive surface area. Correspondingly low voltage drop and low-temperature rise are also achieved while maintaining low insertion forces
Ranger Connectors
Lightweight pin and socket connection. Designed for future solder requirements. Capable of USB 3.0, push-pull or breakaway mating, and IP-68 rated.
Rectangular Backshells
Amphenol Canada can provide backshells for all our standard and custom products. From Arinc style to Micro-D. A wide variety of exit ports are available from EMI to cable clamp as well as different plating and mounting options.
Reduced Flange Jam Nut Receptacles
The MIL-DTL-38999 Series III jam-nut style connector features a reduced flange design that saves space, weight, and reduces your footprint when used in PCB applications. More connectors are able to be fit on a box or board due to the reduced flange having a smaller diameter than a standard jam nut receptacle. 30% lighter than standard 38999/24 (w/o stand-offs).
