MTS-360 Through-Shaft Rotary Position Sensor
The Piher MTS-360 is a miniature, contactless rotary position sensor with a through-shaft design and 360-degree absolute position feedback. This Hall-effect SMD angular sensor delivers reliable operation for up to 50 million cycles in space-constrained applications.
Nano Pegasus
Nano-Pegasus is a small, plastic, easy-to-use connector designed specifically for sensing, command, and control applications where a Micro or Nano Dsub would be used. Nano-Pegasus & Nano-Luminus provide exceptional performance in tight spaces, packing 11 high-grade contacts in a shell size 5 housing.
Next-Gen ARINC 600
The NextGen Arinc 600 is available in PCB tail or press-fit options. The stamped and formed contact is a lighter weight and lower-cost option to the standard contact without compromising functionality. The stamped and formed is available for size 22 contacts and as well as a size 8 quadrax press-fit. A 400 contact size 2 Arinc will be 25% lower weight and 25% lower cost.
NFC 93422 HE310A Relay Sockets
Adaptation device between a Relay and a Cable harness, these Amphenol Air LB France's NFC type relay sockets are widely used by European aircraft manufacturers. They offer sealing and polarization provided by specific contact configurations or polarized mounting devices. Available 8, 14 or 16 cts size 20 / 16 (crimp contacts as per NFC 93422 model HE310A contacts)
NGCON
Amphenol Fiber Systems International (AFSI) is pleased to offer MIL-PRF-NGCON compliant fiber optic connectors with proven technology and features from existing connector standards of D38999 and 28876 for the next generation connector (NGCON). These innovative connectors include genderless contacts and high-density packaging.
Non-Metallic Overbraid
Amphenol CDI Non-Metallic Overbraid provides lightweight, flexible, and durable protection for cable assemblies in aerospace, military, space, and industrial applications. Designed to enhance abrasion resistance, insulation, and overall cable longevity, these overbraids offer a high-performance alternative to traditional metallic shielding.
Octomax 1G26 Contacts
A new generation of Ethernet contacts compatible with Size 8 quadrax cavities for D38999, EN3645, EN4165 connectors. It's the right choice for ethernet Cat 5e and AFDX applications. One Octomax 1G26 is equivalent to two quadrax. It fits in a standard size 8 quadrax cavity. The contacts are available in crimp and PC Tails version.
Optik-D
"The Optik-D™ fibre-optic connector solution is for designers who need to terminate optical cable in harsh or challenging environments. It is an ARINC 801 conforming fibre-optic connector designed to be used with the Positronic Combo D-Subminiature family. Optik-D is more cost-effective than D38999 or ARINC 600-based systems and is compatible with ARINC 801 products from other manufacturers.
Panel Mount Connectors

PCB Connectors
SV Microwave's PCB connectors deliver high-speed signal integrity and easy integration onto printed circuit boards. These connectors are available in solderless and soldered attachment styles, with configurations in edge launch and surface mount to suit various applications.
PCB Contacts
PCB Tail contacts are best for applications that have limited space and connectors that are attached to printed circuit boards. Three standard tail lengths (.15 inches, .25 inches, .35 inches). Custom designs available. Gold plated or pre-tinned.
PCS
The PCS Series are versatile, high-current, mixed density connectors with low contact resistance. It remains an industry-leading power connector in the market. Options for one, two, or three contact rows provide flexibility in selection and high conductivity contacts are available to maximize current density. Other options - sequential mating, integrated locking latch, and press-fit contacts.
Pegasus
Pegasus is Amphenol Pcd’s latest innovation in small, lightweight, rugged connectors. Designed for use in harsh environments, Pegasus builds on the successful Luminus Series Aerospace connector with the addition of EMI shielding. Tests show between 40db and 60db of attenuation, depending on frequency. RoHS and REACH compliant.
Pegasus High Speed
Pegasus High Speed provides exceptional performance in tight spaces, with a svelte shell size 8 (0.512”) outer diameter. With the explosive growth in Ethernet-enabled devices (IOT), this is size and configuration is particularly suited for endpoint applications, such as individual avionics sensors, panel-mounted units, seat back, and wall-mounted displays and monuments.
Position Sensors
Piher provides high-accuracy position sensors engineered for harsh environments. Utilizing resistive, Hall-effect and inductive technologies, these automotive-qualified sensors eliminate physical wear to ensure long-term reliability. The product portfolio includes arc, linear, and rotary sensors for precise measurement and control in demanding industrial and vehicle applications.
Power Distribution Units (PDU)
Our Power Distribution Units (PDU) ensure advanced load balancing, surge protection, and seamless integration of crucial systems, with control and diagnostics via CAN bus, RS-485, and/or Ethernet, offering a robust foundation for military operations in challenging conditions from 28V to 600V.
Printed PCB Thick Film Resistors
Piher’s Printed PCB Thick Film Resistors integrate resistive elements, switches, potentiometer tracks, and conductors onto various PCB substrates. Utilizing advanced thick-film technology, they offer customizable, low-profile solutions with high reliability and precision, suitable for diverse applications in automotive, industrial, and consumer electronics.
PSC-360 Magnetic Rotary Position Sensor

Push-Button Switches
Wide variety of momentary and push-pull switches. Switches can be combined with other connector options. The switches are qualified to MIL-S-8805/3 or MS25089 specifications. Custom switches are available including our IP-68 Hydro Switch.
Quick Mount Relay Sockets
Quick Mount Relay Sockets snap mount into standard aircraft panel cutouts and eliminate all socket-to-bulkhead mounting hardware. Simplifying installation, reducing weight, and installation cost. Sockets meet the applicable performance and dimensional requirements of M12883 and are compatible with Mil-Spec approved relays from any manufacture.
