Conduits
High-performance Conduits are intended to be supported by Amphenol Pcd P-Clamps. Conduits provide support for wire bundles where separation or protection from other systems or structures is necessary. Conduits can be installed anywhere in the aircraft, including the wings. Although Amphenol Pcd Conduits are available in various standard configurations and sizes, we offer custom products as well.
Conformable RF Cable Assemblies
SV Microwave's conformable cable assemblies feature hand-formable cable that retains its shape after being placed into specific bends providing a balance between bending capability and high-frequency performance up to 40 GHz. These cable assemblies, recognized for their customizable features, are useful for prototyping and development.
COTS Products Customizations
SV Microwave offers a flexible approach to customizing our COTS products to meet unique customer needs. CQ Connectors
CQ Connectors are aerospace-grade, quick-disconnect rectangular connectors based on the standard D-Subminiature (MIL-DTL-24308) footprint. Featuring a unique push-button locking mechanism that eliminates the need for tools and screws, they are designed for rapid installation, blind-mating, and Foreign Object Debris (FOD) prevention in mission-critical aviation and defense applications.
CRN Brackets
CRN Bracket is custom-made to hold the “Current Return Network” in place inside a composite aircraft. Very easy to install with a bolt, the CRN system is fixed in place by hand with an integrated snap system on the bracket. The bracket is made of PEEK material and silicone is over-molded onto the bracket.
CSLT Connectors
The CSLT is a quick coupling connector for use in Avionics systems, which can be used with PC tail and solder cup contacts in the receptacle and standard AS39029 size 20 contacts in the plug. This connector can be polarized in six different positions. The bayonet post design on this quick coupling connector is just an example of the capabilities we have available for your custom interconnect solutions.

D38999 Connectors with Coaxial, Concentric Twinax, and Triax Contacts
MIL-DTL-38999 connectors are ideally suited for shielded contacts for high-performance, high-speed interconnection applications. Insert arrangements can incorporate: coax (sizes 8, 12, and 16); twinax (sizes 8 and 12); and triax contacts (sizes 8, 10, and 12).

Data Concentrator Media Converters
Media conversion products that concentrate data and simplify system cabling and architectures.
Differential Twinax Contacts
Used to facilitate the launching of controlled impedance signals to printed circuit boards. Two strategically spaced inner contacts form two 100 or 150 Ohm matched impedance differential pairs. Requires modification of MIL-DTL-38999 connector to accommodate keyed contacts. Available in size 8 crimp termination style. Also available in size 8 with PC tails.
Differential Twinax Contacts
Offers several advantages for high data transfer rates, low power consumption and excellent EMI compatibility. Amphenol Twinax contacts terminate to a variety of cables and are also available with PCB tails.
Digital Video Interface Media Converters
Proven line of Digital Video Interface media converters that can be used in harsh environment avionics, ground systems, or naval applications that need to transmit and receive such encoded interfaces over fiber optic cables.

D-Sub & Micro D Connectors
Amphenol CIT D-Sub & Micro-D filter connectors meet all the requirements of MIL-PRF-24308 and MIL-PRF-83513 while providing filtering in accordance with the attenuation curves noted herein. MIL-PRF-24308 connectors (Standard density and Hi-density) and MIL-PRF-83513 are manufactured in all layouts offering maximum contact density in a minimum of space.
Dualok High-Vibration
Dualok is an enhanced anti-decoupling mechanism designed to perform under severe vibration environments. The Dualok system is proven to mitigate the negative effects of high vibration operation by eliminating connector back-off and reducing conditions that can cause fretting corrosion. Dualok is compatible with D38999 Series III receptacles and is qualified to Boeing BACC63EK.
Edge Launch Plus PCB Connectors
SV Microwave’s Edge Launch Plus PCB Connectors are precision RF connectors engineered for board-edge applications where reliability and high-frequency performance are critical. This product line features an extended flange design at the PCB transition point to maintain ground contact in the event of copper pull-back, ensuring consistent electrical performance. Available in multiple detent styles.
Electro-Mechanical Integration
Full integration, in-house LRU capabilities include aluminum enclosures, rigid, flex, and panel circuit card assemblies, internal/external cable assemblies, integration, and final assembly, and fully functional testing and environmental stress screening (ESS) in order to support our customers with full turnkey solutions.
Electronic Assemblies
Capabilities include automated select solder, press-fit, and hand solder for through hold, single and double-sided BGA's and uBGA's, high-density packages, chip on board, lead-free, and conformal coating (UR, UL, Parylene). Process validation capabilities: 3D Solder Paste Inspection (SPI), Pre and Post-Reflow Automated Optical Inspection (AOI), 3D X-ray, and aqueous and non-aqueous cleaning.
