Amphenol LTW presents the robust M12 high-temperature connector, the HDM12. Hermetic Bulkhead RF Adapters
SV Microwave has extended our selection of rugged RF interconnects with a new line of bulkhead hermetic adapters. These hermetically sealed, panel mount connectors can be used for "inside-of-the-box" applications that must withstand rigorous environments and harsh elements like water, dust, air, or the vacuum of space. High Density Metric RF Cable Assemblies
SV Microwave now offers fixed-length Ø.047" and Ø.085" RF cable assemblies in standard 125mm, 250mm, and 500mm lengths. These assemblies focus on high-density, high-frequency configurations featuring SMP, SMPM, or SMPS interfaces.
High Density RF Adapters
SV Microwave has released a line of high density SMP, SMPM and SMPS in-series RF adapters that operate up to a frequency of 65 GHz. With a blindmate push-on interface, these adapters are ideal for applications that are tight on space and electrical specifications.
High Frequency Coaxial D38999 Contacts
SV Microwave offers DC to 40 GHz high frequency size 8, 12 and 16 coaxial contacts for the D38999 Series III housing and standard inserts. These contacts allow any application to continue to use the D38999 connector and be able to expand the use to include the microwave transmission lines.
High Performance RF Adapters

InstaBend 047
INSTABEND™ are flexible, coaxial microwave assemblies designed for interconnects between RF circuit cards, modules, and enclosure panels. The cable can be bent very closely behind the connector, simplifying cable routing.
Integrated RF Filters
SV Microwave has designed a new product line of high-frequency, low pass filters with a small form factor. These low pass filters are available with DC to 12 or 18 GHz passbands and are available as a standard connectorized offerings for the SMA and SMPM series. Additionally, the SMPM filter does not compromise on connector density and maintains the same outer diameter as a typical SMPM bullet.

Jig Board Clamps
Jig Board Clamps outlast and outperform, made of Acetal. Our durable clamps maintain their original shape after continued use, yet the smooth design of their edges diminishes wear and tear as the harnesses are being assembled. Developed in multiple sizes, our Jig Board clamps can accommodate a wide range of cable diameters. The one-piece design enables efficient inventory management.
Junction Modules/Electronic Modules
Series I Terminal Junction Modules and Series II Socket Junction Modules are robust, reliable, and perform to M81714 electrical and mechanical standards. Series I uses standard M39029/1 pin contacts. Series II uses M39029/22 socket contacts. Both accommodate 12-26 AWG wires. Mounting rail and installation/termination accessories and customization available.
LDG P-Clamps
LDG P-Clamps use a softer rubber for clamp cushioning, reducing wear and tear on mission-critical cable harnesses – all without compromising the strength and performance of the clamp itself. Specifically designed for high-performance aerospace cables, such as the MT/MTL product lines, the LDG P-Clamps are easy to use, simple to maintain, and are available in 17 different sizes.
Lightening Hole Bushing
QuickSNAP Lightening Bushings are made to help guide wired bundles through the aircraft’s frame and stringers. QuickSNAP Lightening Bushings significantly reduce installation times and the amount of foreign object debris (FOD). Made with smooth edges in order to reduce wire chaffing, available in various standard configurations and sizes, customization is always an option.
Lightweight C-Clamps
Lightweight C-Clamps provide routing, support, and fixing for cable harnesses of various diameters. They are used in the wing sections of aircraft, in the fuselage for power and electrical cables, as well as inside the cabin for in-flight entertainment or cabin service systems. Different materials and configurations are available depending on the temperature and routing of the conduits.
Lightweight Ground Modules
New, lightweight grounding modules are suitable for a wide variety of military and airframe power distribution and grounding system applications. A convenient footprint for mounting on airframe or vehicle frames. High altitude operating specifications, low outgassing, and a high degree of salt spray resistance make the modules suitable for space & near-space applications.
