ARINC 404
Amphenol's "AR" Series, ARINC rack and panel connectors, are designed to meet or exceed the requirements of MIL-C-81659 and ARINC Specification 404. The "AR" Series is a multi-purpose connector used in aerospace, military, and computer periphery
applications. It can accommodate signal and power contacts in sizes 12, 16, 20, and 22. Coaxial contacts are available in sizes 5 and 9.
ARINC 404 Filter Connectors
Amphenol CDI Filtered ARINC 404 filter connectors feature the complete line of standard ARINC layouts and meet the applicable performance and environmental portions of the ARINC and SAE specifications. These connectors provide the key interface for rack and panel avionics equipment. As with all avionics boxes, signal integrity is paramount and filtering is a must.
ARINC 600
ARINC 600 Connectors are a recognized standard rack and panel connector for Aircraft applications. The ARINC 600 is the successor to the ARINC 404 for many of the new avionic designs. Compared to the ARINC 404, the ARINC 600 features lower mating force contacts, increased contact count, and a front release, floating keying system. Can be filtered.
ARINC 801 Fiber Optic Connectors
Amphenol offers a multi-channel circular connector that complies with the ARINC specification. This connector, available in straight plug and wall mount receptacle, uses the ARINC 801 ceramic termini.
Armored RF Cable Assemblies

Cable assemblies are available in both fully and partially armored configurations, these can deliver outstanding resistance to corrosion and crushing.
ASNE Relay Sockets
Adaptation device between a Relay and a Cable harness, these Amphenol Air LB France's ASNE relay sockets are widely used by European aircraft manufacturers. They offer sealing and polarization provided by specific contact configurations or polarized mounting devices. Available 8, 14 or 16 contacts size 20 / 16 (ASNE crimp contacts)
AUAV Pressure Sensor Series
The AUAV Series is a dual-sensor solution for UAVs, combining a high-accuracy differential pressure sensor (airspeed) and a barometric pressure sensor (altitude) in one compact package. Dual ASIC compensation enables 18-bit precision for simultaneous airspeed and altitude measurement in drone and aerospace applications.
Audio Connectors
Amphenol 164 series connectors are water-resistant, polarized, five and six contact electrical connectors for use in low voltage audio frequency circuits and applications. They employ three-point bayonet coupling for quick disconnect and self-wipe contact. Connector meets the requirement of MIL & Qualified to MIL-DTL-55116 standard.
Battery and Miscellaneous Cables
Unlimited Services manufactures heavy-gauge battery and miscellaneous cables, often kitted with wire harnesses, for on-road and off-road specialty vehicles and military ground vehicles. Production volumes range from low to medium volume. Production resources are in the U.S. Our heavy cable processing capability and engineering design review delivers quality, with ITAR certification and DoD MLAs.
