CONEC IP67 USB series

Conformable RF Cable Assemblies
SV Microwave's conformable RF cable assemblies can be easily formed by hand. The braided outer shield of the standard flexible cable is replaced with a tin-plated outer braid that is durable but flexible. Conformable or hand-formable cable assemblies are ideal when the cable bends must be determined during the installation of the assembly.

SV Microwave's conformable cable assemblies feature hand-formable cable that retains its shape after being placed into specific bends providing a balance between bending capability and high-frequency performance up to 40 GHz. These cable assemblies, recognized for their customizable features, are useful for prototyping and development.
Control Panels
Control panels for construction machines, yachts, and boats include pushbuttons and switches (for example from Carlingswitch), control indicators, and displays with application software. Control panels made out of ABS, PMMA, metal class A2 and A4. Possible protection rate up to IP65-67. Manufactured according to customer specification and design.
Converge RF Cable Assembly Capability
SV Microwave offers a completely customizable solution to optimize cable assembly flexibility in applications with tight routing requirements while minimizing insertion loss. Our proprietary ConvergeRF capability introduces a direct solder connection that transitions from Ø.047" cable to Ø.085" cable without additional interfaces.
CoreHC RF Cable Assemblies
Amphenol CDI CoreHC™ is a high-performance, solderless ganged coaxial solution designed for direct PCB attachment. Featuring a 2.5mm pitch signal-to-signal configuration, it enables engineers to maximize space savings while reducing PCB size and cost. The DC-70GHz connector minimizes trace lengths, optimizing insertion loss and ensuring superior performance.

CQ Connectors
CQ Connectors are aerospace-grade, quick-disconnect rectangular connectors based on the standard D-Subminiature (MIL-DTL-24308) footprint. Featuring a unique push-button locking mechanism that eliminates the need for tools and screws, they are designed for rapid installation, blind-mating, and Foreign Object Debris (FOD) prevention in mission-critical aviation and defense applications.
CRN Brackets
CRN Bracket is custom-made to hold the “Current Return Network” in place inside a composite aircraft. Very easy to install with a bolt, the CRN system is fixed in place by hand with an integrated snap system on the bracket. The bracket is made of PEEK material and silicone is over-molded onto the bracket.
Cryo-Seal Hermetic Connector Series
The Cryo-Seal Hermetic connector series is designed for extreme low-temperature environments. They are built to retain contact-to-contact sealing in temperatures as low as -319 °F (-195° C).
Temperatures falling below -85 °F (-65 °C) typically leaves one at risk of losing the pin-to-pin environmental seal and/or having cracked elastomeric components leading to electrical shorting.
