The design rules for the SOFIX® family of I/O connectors are derived from the Metral® system (IEC 61076-104). The SOFIX® system can be used as a complement to the Metral® backplane connector family or applied as a dedicated I/O solution.

Solder-on PCB Edge Launch and Surface Mount Connectors
SV Microwave’s high speed RF/coaxial solder-on bulkhead edge launch and low profile surface mount connectors are ideal for high frequency PCB applications where precision is critical. These female connectors feature a new body style design and are available in SMA, 2.92mm, 2.4mm and 1.85mm series.
This series has two connection methods: spring-cage connection and push-in spring connection. They have the features of anti-vibration, simple wiring operation, and compact construction. Product design in line with IEC/EN60998, IEC/EN60947-7-4, UL1059, CSA C2.22 No.158, and other international standards.
