PCI Express® Gen 4 and Gen 5 Card Edge Connectors
PCIe® Gen 4 and Gen 5 connectors outperform industry-standard PCIe® 4.0 and 5.0 (Proposed) requiring higher speed performance. The optimized series supports backward mating and is footprint compatible with PCIe 3/2/1. Amphenol's expansive range of vertical PCIe® Gen 4 and Gen 5 connectors will include options for SMT, through-hole solder, press-fit (PF), and straddle mount terminations.
PCI Express® Gen 6 CEM Card Edge Connectors
Amphenol PCIe® Gen 6 connectors exceed industry standard PCIe® 6.0 performance requirements. These 1.00mm pitch, vertical card edge connectors enable all generations of PCI Express® signaling in desktop PCs, workstations, and servers, Industrial PCs, embedded systems, routers, automotive infotainment systems, and respirators.
PCI Express® Gen 6 DirectAttached™ CEM Card Edge Connectors
The PCI Express® Gen 6 DirectAttached™ CEM Card Edge Connectors from Amphenol offer superior performance for next-generation systems. The 1.0mm pitch DirectAttached™ CEM (DA CEM) is a hybrid card edge solution with high-speed signal pins designed to directly attach to the cable, limiting PCB trace loss and features press-fit termination power pins for improved rework.
PCI Express® Gen 6 Flip CEM Card Edge Connectors
The PCI Express® Gen 6 Flip CEM Card Edge Connectors offer a new 1.0mm pitch vertical card edge connector designed in line with PCIe® mating interface standards. Unique to this model are the “JJ” and “LL” contact types, which allow for a 19.5% keep-out area savings. Capable of supporting 64GT/s (Gen 6), its backward-compatible design ensures compatibility with PCIe® 5/4/3/2/1 cards.
Perma-Tap® Power Cable Assembly
Perma-Tap® power cable assembly saves space and reduces cost. The wires can be cut, stripped, and terminated to customer-specific lengths. The connector is press-fit to a PCB to provide a compact and secure power delivery solution. A permanent connection between a cable and a PCB with only one connector.
PHEN/PHEC Board-to-Board
PHEN/PHEC is a series of 1.27mm pitch board-to-board products that can tolerate a maximum misalignment of 1.3mm between the plug and receptacle. This ensures no damage to the housing or contact during angular mating. The tolerance is the result of the robustness of the housing design.
Pin-Plugs Pluggable System
This series is economical pluggable PCB terminal blocks, and with simple construction. They can connect conducting wires whose cross-sections are 0.08mm² to 3.3mm². The pitches are available at 3.5mm to 8.0mm.Product design in line with IEC60947-7-1, IEC60998-2-1, IEC60999-1, UL1059, CSA C22.2 No.158 and other international standards.
P-Lok®
This series, based on the SAE AS50151 is a ruggedized harsh environment, metal push/pull coupling, power and signal connector. With over 80 insert arrangements ranging from 2 to 26 contacts per connector and up to 135 amps possible with a standard operating temperature from -55°C to +125°C.
