Control panel assemblies for on-road and off-road specialty vehicles and military ground vehicles. Production volumes range from low to medium volume. Often our wire harnesses attach to and/or are internal to the panel assemblies we build. Applications include power distribution modules, instrument panels, switch panels, and many other types of sub-assemblies.
Amphenol Sine Systems’ PanelMate™ Family of receptacles are engineered with a one-piece, sealed, flanged design for rapid and secure mounting. Their durable, high-temperature, silicone, facial seal provides a barrier of protection from lubricating oils, hydraulic fluids and fossil fuels to withstand the challenges and complexities of harsh environment applications.
SV Microwave just released standard SMA and 2.92mm female bulkhead cable assemblies used to transmit a signal through a panel using a single mounting hole. The bulkhead connector style allows installation through a box or panel without the use of screws. The fastening nut is installed around the front of the connector on the outside of the box or panel.
Panel Socket Interfaces
M8 and M12 panel jacks/plugs with IP67, front mounting, 3- to 8-pin, A/D-coded. M8 with 0.5 m TPE wire, M12 with cable. RJ45 and USB interfaces for control panels, IP67/IP69 protected, M22/PG21 cut-outs, also for 30 mm housings.
All ideal for automation and front-panel integration.

The Compact Power connector series was developed with the PCI Industrial Computer Manufacturers Group (PICMG) as the power interface for plug-in power supplies or other chassis mount applications. It delivers high current through a small package and three levels of sequential mating.
Amphenol's PCIe® M.2 Gen 5 Connectors provide 67 contacts on 0.50mm pitch. It occupies less board space, offers more connector height options, and supports higher data rates compared to PCIe® Mini Card connector. It is designed for PCIe® Gen 5, making it suitable for tablets, laptops, and low-profile storage and server applications.
PCI Express® DirectAttached™ CEM Card Edge Connectors
Amphenol's 1.0mm pitch DirectAttached™ CEM (DA CEM) is a hybrid card edge solution with high-speed signal pins designed to directly attach to the cable to eliminate PCB trace loss and press-fit termination type power pins for better rework. Amphenol has tooled Gen 5 DA CEM with configurations available for X8 and X16, at 32GT/s data rate to meet PCIe® Gen 5.
The PCIe® Gen 5 Flip CEM is a new 1.0mm pitch vertical card edge connector that follows PCIe® standard mating interface. It is designed with a different footprint because the contacts are “JJ” type or “LL” contacts which provide maximum savings of up to 19.5% in keepout area. The current Flip CEM supports 32GT/s (Gen 5) and the mating side supports backward compatibility with PCIe® 4/3/2/1 card.
Amphenol's 1.00mm pitch, vertical card edge connectors enable PCI Express® (PCIe®) signaling from 2.5Gb/s (Gen 1) and 5Gb/s (Gen 2) up to 8Gb/s (Gen 3) per differential signal pair. A modular design of these connectors allows standard pin counts like 36, 64, 98, 164, and 280.
PCIe® Gen 4 and Gen 5 connectors outperform industry-standard PCIe® 4.0 and 5.0 (Proposed) requiring higher speed performance. The optimized series supports backward mating and is footprint compatible with PCIe 3/2/1. Amphenol's expansive range of vertical PCIe® Gen 4 and Gen 5 connectors will include options for SMT, through-hole solder, press-fit (PF), and straddle mount terminations.
Amphenol PCIe® Gen 6 connectors exceed industry standard PCIe® 6.0 performance requirements. These 1.00mm pitch, vertical card edge connectors enable all generations of PCI Express® signaling in desktop PCs, workstations, and servers, Industrial PCs, embedded systems, routers, automotive infotainment systems, and respirators.
PCI Express® Gen 6 DirectAttached™ CEM Card Edge Connectors
The PCI Express® Gen 6 DirectAttached™ CEM Card Edge Connectors from Amphenol offer superior performance for next-generation systems. The 1.0mm pitch DirectAttached™ CEM (DA CEM) is a hybrid card edge solution with high-speed signal pins designed to directly attach to the cable, limiting PCB trace loss and features press-fit termination power pins for improved rework.
The PCI Express® Gen 6 Flip CEM Card Edge Connectors offer a new 1.0mm pitch vertical card edge connector designed in line with PCIe® mating interface standards. Unique to this model are the “JJ” and “LL” contact types, which allow for a 19.5% keep-out area savings. Capable of supporting 64GT/s (Gen 6), its backward-compatible design ensures compatibility with PCIe® 5/4/3/2/1 cards.
Perma-Tap® power cable assembly saves space and reduces cost. The wires can be cut, stripped, and terminated to customer-specific lengths. The connector is press-fit to a PCB to provide a compact and secure power delivery solution. A permanent connection between a cable and a PCB with only one connector.
PHEN/PHEC is a series of 1.27mm pitch board-to-board products that can tolerate a maximum misalignment of 1.3mm between the plug and receptacle. This ensures no damage to the housing or contact during angular mating. The tolerance is the result of the robustness of the housing design.
This series is economical pluggable PCB terminal blocks, and with simple construction. They can connect conducting wires whose cross-sections are 0.08mm² to 3.3mm². The pitches are available at 3.5mm to 8.0mm.Product design in line with IEC60947-7-1, IEC60998-2-1, IEC60999-1, UL1059, CSA C22.2 No.158 and other international standards.
This series, based on the SAE AS50151 is a ruggedized harsh environment, metal push/pull coupling, power and signal connector. With over 80 insert arrangements ranging from 2 to 26 contacts per connector and up to 135 amps possible with a standard operating temperature from -55°C to +125°C.
1.Using the latest PUSH-IN technology, the wiring efficiency is increased by 70%.
2.Multiple clamping units can be kept open at the same time, simplifying the connection of multi-core cables.
3.To maintain a long-term reliable connection, the spring connection ensures the stability of the wire.
Amphenol offers a wide product range of spring loaded connectors. These connectors have a large working range and high contact force allowing safe data transmission. They are widely used in wearable applications and can also be fitted in various customized connecting solutions.
