4.3-10 Connector Series
Amphenol RF offers a full range of 4.3-10 connectors and adapters, which are engineered for the wireless market and are ideal for applications requiring low passive intermodulation, or PIM.

Battery Connectors
Amphenol’s comprehensive offering of battery connectors for mobile phones comes in single and multi-contact versions with straight and right-angle mountings. They feature stamp and form contacts with additional solder tags for high reliability and conductivity. Amphenol offers right angle and direct compression type, Wire to Board, board to board, blade type and float, or SMT versions.
BTFW Floating Board To Board
The BTFW Series is a floating board-to-board connector system consisting of plugs and receptacles with two rows of staggered contacts on 1.00mm (0.039in.) centerlines. This connector system is designed for applications that require high density, and high reliability interconnects with higher pin counts and surface mount termination, such as audio-video (AV) and navigation systems in automobiles.
Cable Assemblies
Amphenol's cable assemblies are widespread in the market for wearable products. These cable assemblies are used for data transfer and power charging. Amphenol's Charger Cable Solutions provide highly flexible customized connection solutions from standard USB 2.0/3.0 to the device side with Pogo pins or Spring. The connection mechanisms include magnetic, buckling, clamping, cradle, etc.
Camera Sockets
Amphenol provides 20 & 24 contacts camera module sockets for mounting on PCBs allowing mobile camera installation without any additional devices or processes.
Card Readers
Amphenol has developed an extensive range of SIM and micro SD card readers which come in several different configurations including Simlocks, wing and bridge blocks, standard sim and SD blocks, with options of shielding protection, integrated detect switch, float, or SMT mounting.
cLGA®
The Amphenol ICC cLGA® land grid array socket system was designed to bring conventional connector material construction to high-performance, low-cost chip-to-board applications. cLGA® sockets are used in applications ranging from handheld computer products to supercomputer systems. The cLGA® socket is fully qualified under Telcordia GR-1217-CORE specifications.
Clincher™ Flex Connectors
FCI Basics the Clincher™ 2.54mm pitch connector family includes single-row pin-and-receptacle connectors designed for termination to flat flexible circuitry. All receptacle connectors use the same customer-preferred and patented Clincher™ contact and are ideal for applications where shock or vibration are concerns.

Contact Pads
Amphenol's contact pads are used in contact areas and as spacers on PCBs. Durable plating includes a diffusion barrier. The contact pads connect with low resistance over the product's lifetime for use in sensitive connections of antennas, microphones, and carbon PCBs. They are available in a wide variety of shapes and sizes. Thickness: scalable ≥ 0.1 mm.

DDR4 SO-DIMM Memory Module Sockets
HIGH-SPEED HIGH-DENSITY SO-DIMM SOCKETS
DDR4 SO-DIMM connectors deliver high-speed and bandwidth. Being half the size of regular DIMMs, they lower power consumption and promote better thermal management. Different key positions aid alignment and prevent mismating. 260 position SO-DIMM connectors are available in 4.00mm, 5.20mm, 8.00mm, 9.20mm height, in standard or reverse options.
DIN 41612 Headers and Receptacles
FCI Basics DIN 41612 connector systems are the most popular backplane interconnect systems in IEC 603-2 specifications due to the widespread standard adoption, easy availability, cost-effectiveness, and durability. The product design for Board-to-Board and I/O solutions involve both standard mount and reverse mount mating combination.
Double Lapping
Amphenol's double-sided lapping process provides the best solution for mobile device metal decorative logos. We can control part flatness tolerance within +/- 0.03mm and maintain a 1000N+ Laser weld bond between metal components. Our high-quality logos reflect a high brand value to customer end products.
D-Sub Economy Range Board-Mount Connectors
FCI Basics D-Sub Economy Range Board-Mount Connectors are proven solutions designed to meet less demanding applications while meeting all their design requirements. These connectors have guaranteed durability of 50 mating cycles. Board connectors are available in straight and right-angle versions, while cable connectors are available in solder bucket and crimp styles.
eSATA Connectors
eSATA connectors are designed for external storage applications that require a single-lane Serial ATA cable connection up to approximately two metres in length. The connectors comply with the Serial ATA Specification issued by the Serial ATA International Organization (SATA-IO). eSATA connectors support both Gen 1 (1.5Gb/s) and Gen 2 (3Gb/s) SATA data rates.
Ferrite Sheet
Ferrite is a ceramic compound composed of iron dioxide (Fe203), combined chemically with one or more metallic elements. Ferrite shields the metal parts of mobile phones so they do not absorb an electromagnetic field which results in a weak signal.
FFC/FPC Connectors (0.50mm pitch)
0.50mm pitch flex connectors utilize 0.50mm contact spacing to terminate mobile devices across a variety of applications. These connectors are offered with top, bottom, dual beams & dual contact positions with both ZIF and Non-ZIF cable terminations. The connector series comes with a wide height range of 0.70mm to 5.80mm with 4 to 80 contact positions in both vertical and right angle orientations.
FFC/FPC Connectors (1.00mm pitch)
1.00mm pitch flex connectors utilize 1.00mm contact spacing to terminate displays and support complex board-to-board connections. These connectors are offered with top and bottom contact positions in both ZIF and Non-ZIF cable terminations. The connector series comes with a wide height range of 1.90mm to 5.04mm with 3 to 34 contact positions in both vertical and right angle orientations.
FFC/FPC Connectors with Autolock Mechanism - F308/F332 Series (0.50mm pitch)
F308/F332 series is a 0.50mm pitch right angle Non-ZIF flex connector with an auto-lock mechanism and surface mount termination. It features a height of 2.45mm and comes in 6 to 68 contacts. This series features a cable thickness of 0.33mm and provides the durability of 20 mating cycles. Its robust connector design makes it suitable for robotic operations, supporting Industry 4.0.

Flex Connectors (0.21mm pitch)
FCI Basics 0.21mm pitch flex connectors utilize 0.21mm contact spacing & possess the lowest height making them suitable for applications where board space is at a premium. HFW series of connectors have no-flip Low Insertion Force (LIF) for strong FPC retention and come with a profile of 0.5mm. FCI Basics has been the first in the industry to offer less than 1mm height for its flex products.

FCI Basics 0.30mm pitch flex connectors utilize 0.3mm contact spacing for applications where board space is at a premium. YLL series of connectors are available in 13 to 51 positions and have zero insertion force for strong FPC retention. The connector series comes with a profile of < 1mm. FCI Basics 0.40mm pitch flex connectors utilize 0.4mm contact spacing to offer a high pin count within a small footprint. FPC Antenna
Amphenol designs and manufactures custom FPC antennas. The FPC antenna can come with adhesive backing, on a plastic carrier, or with wire termination. FPC antennas are commonly used in smartphones, smartwatches, tablets, laptops, set-top boxes, and other devices requiring 4G, 3G, diversity, NFC, Bluetooth, and GPS frequency bands.
HDMI 2.1 Cables
Amphenol's HDMI 2.1 supports a range of higher video resolutions and refresh rates including 8K@60 HZ and 4K@120HZ, and resolutions up to 10K. Dynamic HDR formats are also supported, and bandwidth capability is increased up to 48Gbps. Amphenol's HDMI2.1 cable has passed the certification, and the mechanical interface is compatible with HDMI2.0 and HDMI1.4.
HDMI Connectors
FCI Basics HDMI™ (High-Definition Multimedia Interface) is a smaller, user-friendly version of DVI for high definition audio-video transfer in consumer entertainment devices. Backward-compatible with DVI, the connector system supports uncompressed video and audio data transmission at 5Gb/s along a single cable.
Inductive Charging (QI)
Amphenol's inductive charging coils can be integrated into laptops, tablets, wearables, and other mobile computing devices. It complies with typical standards such as Qi, or Qi 2.0 and can be customized to comply with other standards. The coil is made with FPC or wire wrapping . Generally, it is mounted on the battery.
LDS Antenna
LDS enables conductive trace on 3D dimensional surfaces - opening for new design
possibilities and applications.
The motivation for using LDS technology in antenna applications is to allow full 3D design
freedom and by that obtain optimum performance.
LDS Antennas
Laser Direct Structuring (LDS) has led to vast opportunities in innovative design. The laser activation technology produces thinner lines and smaller features than previously made possible by other molded interconnect device processes without compromising consistency and repeatability. Amphenol also have LEP (Laser Enhance Plating) process which can do selective plating on non-LDS material.
Lynx™
The Lynx™ connector is a flexible 0.6mm pitch solution designed for high speed and density differential or single-ended signaling BTB applications. Lynx™ has a robust contact design tolerant of misalignment, enables a reliable connection, and supports blind mating. This connector provides designers with a readily available 85Ω solution to meet a wide variety of application needs, including PCI.
MCX Connector Series
The MCX (Micro Coaxial) series is a 50 Ω series with broadband capability ranging from DC to 6 GHz. In addition, the MCX series features secure, fast and easy snap-on/ snap-off coupling.
Metal Injection Molding
Amphenol produces high-quality parts with over 90% metal density through our metal injection molding (MIM) process. The MIM process provides greater flexibility in design complexity, prevents corrosion, and provides a resistant polish. The MIM process is used on components of various applications including mobile phones, laptops, and industrial and automotive platforms.
Mezzostak® 0.5mm Mezzanine Connectors
Mezzostak® is a robust 0.5mm fine pitch mezzanine connector suitable for a wide range of high-reliability applications and demanding environments. The hermaphroditic design of these connectors provides a precise mating interface with extra housing guidance. Mezzostak® 0.5mm are available in two versions, which offer a choice between supplemental PCB hold-downs and pegs for short overall length.
Micro Board-to-Board 0.60mm Stack Height - 103 Series (0.35mm pitch)
Amphenol's 103 series are 0.35mm pitch micro board-to-board connectors designed for high-density applications. They support an extreme low profile 0.60mm stack height and a high current rating up to 5A. These connectors are offered in 4 to 60 positions. These meet USB 3.1 Gen 2 signal transmission rates and are ideal for consumer applications.
Micro Board-to-Board 1.00mm Stack Height - 101 Series (0.35mm pitch)
HIGH-DENSITY MICRO BOARD-TO-BOARD
Amphenol's 101 series are 0.35mm pitch micro board-to-board connectors designed for high-density applications. They support extreme low profile 1.00mm stack height. These miniaturized connectors feature SMT terminations and are ideal for consumer applications such as mobile phones, smartwatches, smart glasses, and VR/AR devices.
Micro SATA Connectors
Micro SATA connectors from Amphenol enable smaller 1.8inch SATA drive form factors for hard disk drives (HDDs) or solid-state drives (SSDs). The connectors comply with the Serial ATA specification issued by the Serial ATA International Organization (SATA-IO). Micro SATA signal and power contacts consist of 16 contacts on a 1.27mm pitch size.

Amphenol is the first in the industry to offer card sockets for both microSD Express and Micro SD cards (UHS-I). The 17 pin microSD Express connector is capable of achieving high speeds up to 985MB/s and meeting PCIe® 3.0 requirements. The connector enables microSD Express platform to reach its full potential; making microSD Express card possible to serve as a removable Solid State Drive (SSD).
Micro USB 2.0 Connector
FCI Basics Micro USB 2.0 connectors deliver a data transfer rate up to 480Mb/s and are characterized by their high-speed signal stability. This smaller version of the Mini USB 2.0 connector while complying with the physical, electrical, and environmental standards of the micro form factor, supports 1.8A and 3A currents for fast charging.

Mid Frame Antennas
Amphenol designs and manufactures plastic mid-frames for smart devices utilizing custom insert molding for metal battery compartments, acoustic chambers, and other mechanical components. Two-shot LDS can be utilized for increasing the mechanical strength of the frame yet creating a unique LDS antenna geometry.
Miniature Jack Connector
Amphenol's 3.5mm diameter miniature jack connector is a family of connectors used for analog signals, primarily audio. Available in 3 to 5 contacts, the connector comes with an innovative contact design for robustness and high mating cycles. This solution is used for composite video & audio output in consumer electronics devices such as digital cameras, camcorders, and portable DVD players.
Mini USB 2.0 Connector
FCI Basics Mini USB 2.0 connector delivers a data transfer rate of up to 480Mb/s. The connector takes up only about 1/8 of the space of a standard USB Type B interface, and has five circuits, with one circuit reserved for future use in host identification between devices. Amphenol offers customized designs of the Type B connector to suit various customer requirements.
