Fiber Optic Splice Module Twin with Angled Cable Strain Relief
The splice module is designed to fit the 3U subrack and is used to integrate unassembled cables into the network. Equipped with pre-assembled pigtails and a splice cassette it offers an uncomplicated possibility for cable installation. With the angled cable support the fibers are guided perfectly without risk of breaking.
The subrack is suitable for accommodating up to 12x7TE or 16x5TE modules. Due to the modular design, the system is well scalable, and mixed configurations, as well as extensions, can be easily realized. Rear-mountable trunk head holders provide space for the safe and quick installation of incoming cables.
FiberQuad embeds a fiber optic transmitter or receiver within a Quadrax contact along with the support electronics to provide a plug-and-play solution. The contact fits within a standard Quadrax contact and can be installed in plugs and receptacles meant for Amphenol Quadrax D38999 connectors.
Fiber Sealed Drop Closures (FSDC) provide a versatile, functional, and cost-effective solution for FTTH network connections to the subscriber. FSDCs are fully-sealed units that can be strand, pole, or pedestal mounted; or placed in below-ground vaults and enclosures to meet any installation topology. These compact closures have built-in adapters to support up to 16 drop cables.
ABS offers a complete line of optical splice closures for any application as well as a range of splitters and components. With aerial, pole, wall mount, pedestal, and below-grade options, ABS fiber splice solutions are designed to be the most versatile, user-friendly, and cost-effective on the market.
Flexible Fiber Splicing for More Connectivity.
The FSB series of indoor wall mount enclosures are designed for centralized splice-only applications. These boxes are well suited as optical cable splice collection points for DAS (Distribution Antenna Systems), MTU (Multi-Tenant Unit), commercial business applications, and MDU (Multi-Dwelling Unit) residential fiber network applications.
Borne from the foundation of D38999 mil-spec harsh environment connectors, the FTTA interconnect solution combines standard fiber optic LC components and copper contacts in a rugged, affordable package. The FTTA series is highly configurable to support a wide range of industrial applications where fiber and copper connectivity are required in a single connector.
Fiber Transition Terminals are ideal for low-density fiber circuits. They serve as a customer demarcation point for fiber entering the customer premises. They protect fiber drops from the elements and provide organized fiber slack storage. Fiber bend controls ensure proper bend radius requirements are met. 4 to 24 port models are available.
SV Microwave just released 2 and 4 hole flange, field replaceable connectors available with 2.92mm, 2.4mm, or 1.85mm female interfaces that offer a panel mount solution from DC to 67 GHz. These connectors have been optimized to provide excellent electrical performance when mating to pins ranging in size from Ø.009” up to Ø.015”. With standard hole sizes, they can be easily installed or replaced.
