The PwrBlade+® connector is a next-generation AC/DC power distribution connector system for demanding applications requiring higher linear current density and low power loss. It is capable of 192A/linear inch with eight adjacent high power contacts energized simultaneously and 0.7m power contact resistance after environmental exposure.
The PwrBlade® cable connectors are designed to mate to PwrBlade® R/A or vertical board-mounted headers. By expanding beyond BTB applications, designers can now connect power supplies and power distribution sub-assemblies in a wider range of applications. QSFP DD OverPass™ products remove high speed signaling from the PCB and create an eight channel direct lower loss interconnection between the ASIC site and the external QSFP DD IO port by overpassing the PCB. This helps to enable 56G and 112G hardware system designs and a technology for future 224G systems.

QSFP OverPass™ products remove the high speed signaling from the PCB and create a four channel direct lower loss interconnection from the ASIC site to the external IO port by overpassing the PCB. This helps to enable 28G and 56G hardware system designs.

Both contacts, when used in D38999 Series III and ARINC connectors, provide an excellent alternative for harsh environment applications such as Ethernet 100 Base-T-100 Ohm, Gigabit Ethernet 1000 Base-T-100 Ohm, Fibre Channel-150 Ohm.
