Circular Connectors

The special feature of EtherCAT-P is the combination of superfast EtherCAT communication with the 24 V power supply. Data and power (Us) for system and sensor supply with 24 V and 3 A are provided on a two-wire data pair. The second data pair provides data and the peripheral voltage (Up) for the supply of the actuators.

Offer the versatility of a standard connector, with transient protection for sensitive circuits, such as TTL Lines. Failures generated by load switching, lightning, electrostatic discharge (ESD), and an electromagnetic pulse (EMP) can destroy unprotected IC components. Compatible with present filter connector assembly procedures, diodes can stand alone or can be combined in series with filters.

DL Series are highly reliable circular connectors (wire soldering type) approved by TUV satisfying European safety standards and UL standards. They feature IP67 class water and dustproof, when mated, and a protective earth circuit with first mate break grounding contacts. They are ideal for use in machine tools, robots, and other industrial machines.

The ecomate® RM (Rugged Metal) Series of circular, metal connectors provide an IP67 rating (in mated condition) for industrial applications and offers both standard and high amperage versions, all in a sealed connector system.

Available in 8 Shell Sizes / 27 Insert Arrangements. The ecomate® RSSM (Rugged Superior Seal Metal) Series of circular, metal connectors provides an IP69K rating (in mated condition) for industrial applications. With a bayonet coupling system and a maximum current rating range of 7A to 45A/600V, the ecomate® RSSM Series is perfect for indoor/Outdoor applications.

The EFP series has a similar modular design to the HDS series but is designed and certified for use in EX hazardous locations such as drilling rigs and oil refineries.
