DIN 41612 CONNECTORS WITH MEDIUM AND HIGH POWER CONTACTS Amphenol has consolidated the DIN 41612 series manufacturing, adding the DIN Power range, thereby offering Power connectors along with the wide range of standard DIN connectors. The DIN Power connectors are preferred in applications that require particularly robust connectors or higher currents up to 15 A.

Dragonfly connectors are designed with a versatile combination of power and signal solutions in a compact design. Dragonfly series also offers PCB mount, panel mount and cable connections in a small form factor design utilizing high-reliability, high-retention and high cycle life precision machined contacts.

DuraEV™ is a standard connector solution offered with 2 power and 4/6 signal pins which employs a patented contact system that is capable of carrying a continuous current from 15A up to 70A with 10,000 mating cycles. IP67 rated in both mated and unmated conditions (with IP cap on socket side), DuraEV™ has finger protection with FMLB feature for power terminals, and CPA to ensure secure locking.

HIGHLY DURABLE SWAPPABLE DOCKING CONNECTOR The swappable custom battery connector solutions with cable assemblies are offered in 2 power & 6 signal configurations. These connectors can carry a continuous current up to 100A with 10,000 mating cycles. They are IP67-rated in mated condition and can be mated in two directions (bi-directional mating).

EazyPwr™ IP67 field-installable connector provides the next generation of custom power with up to 125A per contact. The metal latching system ensures a reliable connection between the mated pair. The water-tight plug and screw-on cap can be removed easily. Wide range of customizable components to fit specific application needs. Rubber sealing provides IP67 protection.

Metal CONNECTOR with push-pull locking system for quick and secure mating, rated for a min. of 1000 cycles. ECTA is offering power contacts rated up to 40A +PE or up to 41 signal contacts. The shells can be selected in aluminium alloy, stainless steel or brass for very demanding environmental requirements. Pressure-tight bulkhead feedthrough and touch proof shells are also available.

Thermoplastic circular CONNECTOR for min. 1000 hours salt spray test duration with push-pull locking system for quick and secure mating, rated for a minimum of 1000 mating cycles. Offering up to 27 contacts per connector and up to 25A current per contact for signal and powertransmission. Characterized by simple handling and maintenance thanks to easy-to-install shells and contacts.

CLASSIC HPCE® WITH ENHANCED PERFORMANCE eHPCE® connector offers a 15% increase in power density with the same footprint as classic HPCE®. The all-new power contact design offers lower contact resistance and higher current carrying capacity compared to classic HPCE® connectors. eHPCE® connectors are designed to extend the life of power supplies using card edge output power connectors.
