Fiber Optic Termini

FiberQuad Ruggedized Quadrax Contacts
FiberQuad embeds a fiber optic transmitter or receiver within a Quadrax contact along with the support electronics to provide a plug-and-play solution. The contact fits within a standard Quadrax contact and can be installed in plugs and receptacles meant for Amphenol Quadrax D38999 connectors.
Field Replaceable 2 and 4 Hole Connectors
SV Microwave just released 2 and 4 hole flange, field replaceable connectors available with 2.92mm, 2.4mm, or 1.85mm female interfaces that offer a panel mount solution from DC to 67 GHz. These connectors have been optimized to provide excellent electrical performance when mating to pins ranging in size from Ø.009” up to Ø.015”. With standard hole sizes, they can be easily installed or replaced.
Filtered Connectors
EMI and EMP filters can be implemented into all Amphenol Canada connectors. Planar capacitors and diodes can provide the protection that your sensitive electronics require.

Ground Blocks
Ground Blocks provide the lightest weight, highest density grounding solutions. Wired connections are environmentally-sealed, providing protection from moisture, spray, and debris. Unused connections are protected via Amphenol Pcd’s patented FODSeal Technology, which replaces the sealing plugs - reducing FOD, weight, and part count.
Ground Plane Connectors
MIL-DTL-38999 type connectors with metal inserts to maintain a common ground plane with the shell for all the shielded contacts contained in the connector. For High Speed Data Bus, LAN and Coax, Triax and Twinax Data Transmission. Applications for ground plane connectors include MIL-STD 1553B data bus as well as video, signal and multiplex transmission.

HD38999 High Density
Features 30% more contact density than standard MIL-DTL-38999 inserts while utilizing the same connector dimensions and shell sizes. This connector design benefits users who need to increase the number of contacts in their application, allowing them to do so without increasing the size of their connector. HDAS

HDB3/HSB3
Incorporates a higher density contact pattern and lower mated height than Amphenol’s standard low mating force rectangular connectors. HDB3 connectors utilize the same durable and reliable B3 brush contact in a tighter .070” X .060” staggered grid pattern.
