Air LB 2759 / ARINC 429 compatible
Sealed DISTRIBUTION MODULE for up to 6 Twinax crimp contacts for aircraft and helicopters. Suitable Twinax contacts are available for various cable types. The modules are snapped onto rails according to MBBN3495 (1750 series) and are designed for ARINC429 signals.
Air LB 3308 Series / ABS1144 approved
SEPERATORS Series 3308 qualified according to Airbus standard ABS1144.
They are used to maintain the required distance between two parallel or crossing cable bundles.
Available in 3 spacings: 25mm, 50mm or 75mm for easy installation with cable ties for cable diameters up to 45mm
Air LB Contacts / VG95319-1009 approved
VG-approved 75 Ω coaxial, or fiber optic contacts for video and data transmission. Compatible with VG95319‑1016, MIL-DTL-38999 Series III, TV/CTV connectors. Coaxial contacts support 0–3 GHz with matched 75 Ω impedance; fiber optic termini offer excellent optical and mechanical performance for single- and multimode.
Air LB EPC Series / ASNE0237 | ABS1145 approved
D-SUB connectors in the EPC series to 50 crimp/solder contacts adhere to the ASNE0237 and ABS1145 standards. They are plug compatible with standards UTE C93-425 models HE 508, MIL-C-24308, DEF 5935 pattern 110 & IEC recommendation 48B. Suitable for aerospace, telecommunications, and wherever density is required.
Air LB GCB-B Series / AA95234 / VG95234 approved /
Robust circular CONNECTOR with reverse-bayonet locking, offering up to 61 contacts for signal and power transmission up to 245A per contact in a robust shell. A wide range of versions, configurations, backshells, contacts, and insert arrangements is available to meet defense application requirements in harsh environments.

Circular CONNECTOR with Tri-Start threaded locking and five guiding grooves for effortless mating, offering up to 187 contacts for electrical or fiber-optic data transmission, as well as signal or power transmission up to 230A per contact— all within a scoop-proof shell. A wide range of versions, contacts, and insert arrangements is available to meet the most demanding application requirements
Air LB TV-SIM | CTV-SIM Series / VG95319-1016 K,L,M approved
Modular CONNECTOR with Tri-Start threaded locking and five guiding grooves for effortless mating. This series enables the integration of EN4165 (VG96513) modules, with up to 30 contacts, for electrical or fiber-optic data transmission, as well as signal and power transmission up to 125A per contact, all within a circular MIL-DTL-38999 III shell (size 17).
Air LB VG96927-2 approved harnesses, Basic type A-D1 & M-P
Custom electrical and fiber-optic harnesses built to VG96929-2 (A-D1 & M-P) or IPC/WHMA-A-620. We deliver precision prototypes and series builds for defense, aviation, marine, industrial, and electric air mobility. Built-to-print or built-to-spec with full test documentation including FAI, ATR, and electrical testing, plus mechanical integration.
Alternate to Cadmium Platings
Multiple options for alternate-to-cadmium platings, including Durmalon, Black Zinc Nickel, and the new AP-93 1000-hour salt spray approved plating. Amphenol uses the RoHS requirements and the latest revisions to the MIL-DTL-38999 specification to develop these platings.
AOC USB Type C Extender - Active Optical Cable
USB Type C Active Optical Cable extender is a hybrid copper and fiber optic cable that enables long distance transmission of high-speed USB 3.2 Gen 2 data, video, and power delivery without signal loss or latency. This USB Type C extender supports lengths up to 15 meters maximum instead 1 meter max in copper version, delivering stable data and video transmission over long distances.
ASNE Relay Sockets
Adaptation device between a Relay and a Cable harness, these Amphenol Air LB France's ASNE relay sockets are widely used by European aircraft manufacturers. They offer sealing and polarization provided by specific contact configurations or polarized mounting devices. Available 8, 14 or 16 contacts size 20 / 16 (ASNE crimp contacts)
ASR Connectors
The Amphenol Air LB France's ASR connector is a compact and easy-to-use interconnect where shielding, sealing, and space / weight-saving are prime requirements. ASR connectors use MIL-C-39029 contacts, feature a snap-locking mechanism, and are available in both male and female versions, as well as with PCB or crimp contacts.
Breakaway Plugs and Jacks
Watertight, breakaway connectors are designed to meet severe environmental conditions. They are watertight, with wiping-action contacts that self-clean. Shielded versions are available and termination is either solder or insulation-piercing, which is field installable. Miniature versions are also available.
Cable and Wire Harnesses
Amphenol Borisch Technologies has a long history of manufacturing complex cable and wire harnesses for a broad range of harsh environment defense and aerospace applications. Our capabilities include over-molding, custom backshells, unique cable transitions, braiding for EMI/RFI and mechanical abrasion production, rapid prototyping, live-layup, test, X-ray, and custom fixtures.
Cable Separators
Cable Separators are used to help separate cable harnesses from one another, aiding in organizing cable routing throughout the aircraft. Available in either Nylon or PEEK, they maintain clearance between two parallel or crossing cable harnesses preventing wire abrasion. Nine different versions are available and they are qualified to Airbus standard ABS1144.
Cable Supports
Cable Supports are made to affix on an aircraft’s airframe, helping to secure and manage cable harnesses as they run throughout the aircraft body. They are offered in nylon and are designed for use in airframe, fuel tank, and engine applications. Available in various standard configurations and sizes, Amphenol Pcd also offers customized products to help meet specific customer requirements.
C.A.P. Series
The C.A.P. Series consists of a family of connectors that provide users easy access to standard communication and power ports, but in a ruggedized format that is easily integrated into aerospace or other demanding environments. The spring-loaded, 360-degree cover provides quick access to the front side/user port.
CC1339 Light Clamps
Amphenol Air LB France's CC1339 Light clamps provide routing, support, and fixing for cable harnesses of various diameters (5 to 48 mm). Robust and flexible, they absorb shocks, vibrations and offer unequaled protection of bundles against pinching, crushing, or mechanical wear. Derived from legacy ABS1339 standard clamps, they offer up to 18% more weight savings.
CC5516 Light Clamps
Improved version of the CC5516 standard series, these Amphenol Air LB France's lightweight versions offer additional weight saving (up to 24% more!). Designed to keep the cable harnesses or hydraulic pipes securely maintained on a structure, they are easy-to-install, robust, flexible, and provide safety over time vs. metallic clamps. Stacking mount possible.
CC5516 Series
CC5516 series is a new line of lightweight Cable Clamps, in composite and silicone, derived from the legacy NSA5516 metallic clamps. They are designed to keep cable harnesses or hydraulic pipes securely maintained on a structure. They are closed and fixed on the structure by screw (not supplied), in one simple operation.
