CC5516 Series Clamps
Lightweight alternative to metallic cable clamps, Amphenol Air LB France's CC5516 series is a line of composite and silicone clamps offering significant weight saving and safety over time. Designed to keep the cable harnesses or hydraulic pipes securely maintained on a structure, they are easy to install, robust and flexible.
Circular Multiport Connection System
This product combines SMPM/SMPS connectors into a single multiport, reducing its footprint as compared to an equivalent amount of threaded single port connectors. This unique multiport has a keying feature that properly aligns connectors to their mating halves.
This reduces mating error, the time necessary to make multiple connections and the amount of tooling needed.
CNC Machining
State-of-the-art machine with abilities to machine, coat, inspect, and assemble mechanical solutions for our internal and external customers. Our capabilities include Six 4-Axis Mazak machines, 5-Axis Mazak Integrex, water-jet, and press brake, CMM, vacuum fixturing for thin-walled heat-sinks.
Conduits
High-performance Conduits are intended to be supported by Amphenol Pcd P-Clamps. Conduits provide support for wire bundles where separation or protection from other systems or structures is necessary. Conduits can be installed anywhere in the aircraft, including the wings. Although Amphenol Pcd Conduits are available in various standard configurations and sizes, we offer custom products as well.
CRN Brackets
CRN Bracket is custom-made to hold the “Current Return Network” in place inside a composite aircraft. Very easy to install with a bolt, the CRN system is fixed in place by hand with an integrated snap system on the bracket. The bracket is made of PEEK material and silicone is over-molded onto the bracket.
Current Sensors
Piher Sensing Systems designs and manufacturers current sensors based on contactless technology for accurate measurement of currents in automotive battery management and motor control applications.
Piher’s precision current sensors improve motor or solenoid control applications and grid monitoring addressing the needs of both Tier 1 suppliers and OEMs.
D38999 Connectors with Coaxial, Concentric Twinax, and Triax Contacts
MIL-DTL-38999 connectors are ideally suited for shielded contacts for high-performance, high-speed interconnection applications. Insert arrangements can incorporate: coax (sizes 8, 12, and 16); twinax (sizes 8 and 12); and triax contacts (sizes 8, 10, and 12).
D38999 Connectors with Quadrax, Differential Twinax Contacts
D38999 Series III Connectors are ideally suited for the incorporation of shielded contacts for high-performance, high-speed interconnection applications. Uses size 8 high-speed Quadrax and Differential Twinax contacts. A wide selection of connector shell styles and sizes are available. Transition adapters can be used to attach connectors with Quadrax or Differential Twinax contacts to PCBs.
Differential Twinax Contacts
Offers several advantages for high data transfer rates, low power consumption and excellent EMI compatibility. Amphenol Twinax contacts terminate to a variety of cables and are also available with PCB tails.
D-Sub Accessories
In addition to a wide variety of D-Sub connectors, we offer a large assortment of Backshells, Locking Systems and Mounting Hardware. We also offer blind mate options, EMI covers, Sealing Options, and custom options to fit many different application requirements.
Dualok High-Vibration
Dualok is an enhanced anti-decoupling mechanism designed to perform under severe vibration environments. The Dualok system is proven to mitigate the negative effects of high vibration operation by eliminating connector back-off and reducing conditions that can cause fretting corrosion. Dualok is compatible with D38999 Series III receptacles and is qualified to Boeing BACC63EK.
Electro-Mechanical Integration
Full integration, in-house LRU capabilities include aluminum enclosures, rigid, flex, and panel circuit card assemblies, internal/external cable assemblies, integration, and final assembly, and fully functional testing and environmental stress screening (ESS) in order to support our customers with full turnkey solutions.
Electronic Assemblies
Capabilities include automated select solder, press-fit, and hand solder for through hold, single and double-sided BGA's and uBGA's, high-density packages, chip on board, lead-free, and conformal coating (UR, UL, Parylene). Process validation capabilities: 3D Solder Paste Inspection (SPI), Pre and Post-Reflow Automated Optical Inspection (AOI), 3D X-ray, and aqueous and non-aqueous cleaning.
Embedded Phase Tuner
SV Microwave streamlines this with our innovative Embedded Phase Tuner. This component allows customers to independently adjust the phase of cable assemblies without external vendor involvement. The Embedded Phase Tuner operates by adjusting the transmission line length using a threaded coupling nut, simplifying the process.
EN3155 Power contacts
Amphenol Socapex EN3155 Power Contacts are designed for high current-carrying capacity and reliability. These one-piece contacts are 100% made in France and compliant with both European EN3155 and US AS39029 standards. They are available in several terminations such as crimp, solder, PC tail, and compliant pins. These EN3155 power contacts are ideal for a wide range of applications including MIL-DTL-38999.
EN3545 / 1900 Connectors
The Amphenol Air LB France's EN3545 / 1900 composite rectangular connectors come with various contact arrangements from sizes 22 to 8 crimp contacts. Copper and Aluminum cable versions are available. Standard and Overmoulded rear grommet and interfacial seal. Configurable keying and locking posts provide 36 options. Especially suited for applications where shielding is not necessary.
EN3645
Similar to MIL-DTL-38999 series III with additional requirements. Higher lightning strikes requirements (up to 15kA). Higher resistance to fluid.
EN4165 / SIM Connectors Series 2 (Composite)
Modular and rectangular, Amphenol Air LB France's EN4165 / SIM connectors consist of shells and modules, which together create an integrated solution for signal and power. Flexible and easy-to-use, SIM is suited for a wide range of applications. Available in composite versions for weight-saving applications, SIMs are comparable to U.S. MIL-STD-810 in performance.
EN4165 / SIM Custom Plates
Derived from EN4165 connectors, Amphenol Air LB France's SIM plates consist of custom shells fitted with EN4165 standard modules, together creating an integrated solution. They can easily be integrated at the rear of electronic boxes, or fully replace boxes themselves. Plates are also suitable to connectorize boxes or structure parts, aiming to save parts and then simplify the supply chain.
EN4165 / SIM Elio for EN4531-101 Contacts
Amphenol Air LB France offers a wide range of optical modules fitted with different standards of fiber optic termini or optical connectors. The module SIM Elio can be used with the whole range of EN4165 / SIM connectors. Modules SIM Elio are designed as per EN4701, and Lumiere or Elio optical contacts as per EN4531-101 standard
