The MIL-DTL-38999 Series III jam-nut style connector features a reduced flange design that saves space, weight, and reduces your footprint when used in PCB applications. More connectors are able to be fit on a box or board due to the reduced flange having a smaller diameter than a standard jam nut receptacle. 30% lighter than standard 38999/24 (w/o stand-offs).
SV Microwave introduces a line of 2- and 4-port SMP, SMPM, and SMPS PCB connectors designed to withstand the high temperatures found in solder reflow ovens. Capable of withstanding up to 500°C, these connectors retain their internal geometries without compromising electrical and mechanical performance after going through solder reflow.
SV Microwave now offers a line of PCB connectors that feature an epoxy-based dielectric that keeps the connector dimensionally stable and flush to the board during the reflow process. Available in SMP, SMPM, and SMPS series.
SV Microwave just released a new line of strain relief cable assemblies that feature a new boot to protect the sensitive cable termination area and allow for more flexibility and peace of mind. These test cable assemblies are available with male SMA, 2.92mm, 2.4mm or 1.85mm connector series.
RF Low Loss Cable Assemblies With Strain Relief Boot
SV Microwave released a new line of strain relief cable assemblies that feature a molded boot to protect the sensitive cable termination area and allow for more flexibility and peace of mind. Additionally, these cable assemblies feature SV's Ø.087" Low Loss cable type that provides slightly more flexibility and less insertion loss than our standard Ø.085" cable.
The Rectangular Modular Micro connector series utilizes a .0787" (2mm) center-to-center contact spacing and is designed to work in harsh and difficult applications. Rectangular Modular Micro offers both crimp and PCB type terminations that can work interchangeably with each other.
Amphenol’s R-VPX is a ruggedized, high-speed, board-to-board interconnect system capable of data rates in excess of 10 Gbps, meeting and exceeding VITA 46 standards. This connector system gives users modularity and flexibility by utilizing PCB wafer construction with customized wafer-loading patterns.
SV Microwave's secure locking QuarterBack® R/A cable connectors utilize a quarter turn bayonet style coupling nut with a locking feature for standard female SMP / SMPM interfaces. All SV QuarterBack® products are ideal for high vibration and test applications that require a large number of mating cycles. This newly expanded product line now offers cable connectors in a right angle orientation.
SV Microwave's secure locking QuarterBack® RF cable assemblies utilize a quarter turn bayonet style coupling nut with a locking feature for standard SMP / SMPM interfaces and standard female and male bulkhead SMPM interfaces. All SV QuarterBack® products are ideal for high vibration and test applications that require a large number of mating cycles.
SV's secure locking QuarterBack® SMPS product line expands our trusted QB series with four new high-frequency solutions, including a cable assembly and cable connector for Ø.047" cable type as well as edge launch and surface mount PCB connectors. Newly designed into an even smaller form factor, these connectors feature our high frequency SMPS interface and deliver reliable performance up to 65 GHz.
The MIL-DTL-38999 series of connectors was born in the 1960’s and Amphenol has continued to innovate new features and capabilities. The new Series Five connector is the next evolutionary step in the impressive D38999 lineage. Combining all of the capabilities of the traditional 38999 style connector in a lighter, smaller, and more compact package to support the military and aerospace industry.
Using a threaded interface, SMA 50 Ohm connectors are semi-precision units that provide excellent electrical performance from DC to 18 GHz and outstanding mechanical durability.
SV Microwave’s newly expanded Edge Lock PCB Connector introduces small form, push-on SMP and SMPM connectors. Designed for high-frequency performance up to 65 GHz, these edge launch connectors deliver minimal Insertion Loss and low reflections without burdensome assembly techniques for reflow. Their fixture-less, conical-leg design ensures secure PCB edge retention.
SV Microwave’s new two-, four-, and eight-port PCB surface-mount connectors are designed for high-frequency, high-density PCB applications where minimizing crosstalk is essential. Available in SMP, and SMPM RF interface configurations, these connectors deliver reliable performance for demanding designs. Elevate your system’s capabilities today!
SV Microwave’s SMP and SMPM spring bullets guarantee maximum RF performance by eliminating gaps between the bullet and shroud during gang mating. Additionally, these spring loaded bullets have been designed for repeatable VSWR performance under all states of compression by solving radial misalignment issues when fully mated.
