We also manufacture integrated system solutions, such as media converters, Ethernet switches, cabinet solutions and distribution boxes that bring together multiple Amphenol interconnect products into one ruggedized solution. These custom products, built in close partnership with our customers, provide infinite options for systems engineers in all markets.

Control Panels
Control panels for construction machines, yachts, and boats include pushbuttons and switches (for example from Carlingswitch), control indicators, and displays with application software. Control panels made out of ABS, PMMA, metal class A2 and A4. Possible protection rate up to IP65-67. Manufactured according to customer specification and design.
Copper Buried Distribution Pedestals
Pedlock BD Series Pedestals provide the flexibility, durability, and reliability to be the all-purpose copper splice closure. Non-metallic PVC construction won't rust, fade, chip or bend, and is fire and chemical resistant. A one-piece dome locks to the base creating an air pocket that keeps internal cable dry even in flood conditions. Several diameters and options are available.
COTS Products Customizations
SV Microwave offers a flexible approach to customizing our COTS products to meet unique customer needs. Our applications and design engineering teams routinely make minor adjustments to standard parts-such as lengthening flanges, adjusting retention features, or altering PCB connector lengths—to support specific design requirements. Below are some examples.
CRN Brackets
CRN Bracket is custom-made to hold the “Current Return Network” in place inside a composite aircraft. Very easy to install with a bolt, the CRN system is fixed in place by hand with an integrated snap system on the bracket. The bracket is made of PEEK material and silicone is over-molded onto the bracket.

D38999 Pin and Socket Contacts
SV Microwave has released a line of D38999 pin and socket contacts that are aligned to the latest specification set forth by SOSA™. These coaxial contacts fit both standard and series III housing and are offered in BMB size 8 and SMPM size 12. These contacts are ideal in an embedded system that transitions from the chassis to an out-of-the-box application.
