Amphenol designs and builds a broad range of accessories to complement our connector and cable assembly portfolio including backshells and cable clamps as well as other wire and cable management products. We also manufacture integrated system solutions, such as media converters, Ethernet switches, cabinet solutions and distribution boxes that bring together multiple Amphenol interconnect products into one ruggedized solution. These custom products, built in close partnership with our customers, provide infinite options for systems engineers in all markets.

ABS1695 Accessories
Designed to help guide ventilation conduits through aircraft and vehicles, Amphenol Air LB France’s composite mounting tracks were designed with strength, stability, and weight reduction in mind. They are made with black thermoplastic and conform to ABD0031 and FAR25853 flammability standards.
ABS2216 Composite Backshells
ABS2216 is a Composite backshell compatible with MIL-DTL-38999 Series III and EN3645 connectors. It features an anti-decoupling system with 3 angles: straight, 45°, and 90°. EMI and NON-EMI versions are available. The EMI backshell is provided with a band-it to better maintain the EMI sleeve. The composite backshell can handle temperature from -65° to +200°.

Acrylic Sheet Lens
Amphenol has in-house capabilities to create application-specific mobile phone acrylic sheet lenses to fit our customer's precise needs. The sheet lenses are available as plastic or glass. Amphenol has over 10 years of acrylic sheet lens experience. Our lens capacity is over 12 million per month.
Adhesive Snap 'N Post
Designed as a 1-for-1 replacement to BACS31H / NMC RP1703/1704 ring posts. Wire installation time reduced from ~30sec to less than 5sec. Weight-neutral compared to BACS31H/RP1703/RP1704. Can stack in two 90° orientations. Arced rings allow for tie straps to cover remaining ±45° orientations.
Adhesive Standoff
Material options of PEEK 150GL30, or GF Ultem. Adhesion: Accommodates VHB Tape and wet processes. Can be crossed to Boeing’s BACS21DZ & Click Bond’s CB4002. Uses 1032 insert making it compatible with APH Clamps, metric option also available.
Adhesive Tie Mounts
Material: GF Ultem, GF PEEK & GF Nylon. Adhesion: Accommodates VHB Tape and wet processes. Click Bond Me-Too alternative crossing to CB9302 & CB9120. Can be used with any standard MS3367 or equivalent tie-down strap.
Advanced Optical Modules (AOMs)
From a dedicated Base-8 architecture to a standard 12 or 24 fiber system, Amphenol Network Solutions' Advanced Optical Modules (AOMs) offer the complete solution. Our AOM portfolio is easily configurable and adaptable to create a solution that meets your network needs. Modules are deployed in the C2X or C2E chassis.
