Double Lapping

Electro-Mechanical Integration
Full integration, in-house LRU capabilities include aluminum enclosures, rigid, flex, and panel circuit card assemblies, internal/external cable assemblies, integration, and final assembly, and fully functional testing and environmental stress screening (ESS) in order to support our customers with full turnkey solutions.
Electronic Control Unit
ECUs allow for monitoring and controlling of critical applications such as Flight Controls, Avionic suites, Instrumentation, and Sensors. Electronic circuits are segregated and incorporate Front Face Panel, FPGA, MicroProcessors, and Software. We hold Part21G and PART145 certificates for production and maintenance.
Embedded Phase Tuner
SV Microwave streamlines this with our innovative Embedded Phase Tuner. This component allows customers to independently adjust the phase of cable assemblies without external vendor involvement. The Embedded Phase Tuner operates by adjusting the transmission line length using a threaded coupling nut, simplifying the process.
EN3155 Power contacts
Amphenol Socapex EN3155 Power Contacts are designed for high current-carrying capacity and reliability. These one-piece contacts are 100% made in France and compliant with both European EN3155 and US AS39029 standards. EZ-195-SM-X
EZ-195-SM-X is an SMA male (plug), straight EZ connector for LMR®-195 cables. It features crimp-style outer contacts, spring finger inner contacts, and a no-braid trim to eliminate FOD. BeCu pins ensure strong contact in cold, high-vibration environments. Lightweight and compact, the threaded SMA design offers high-frequency performance and secure coupling in tight spaces.
Fairlead Blocks
Fairlead Blocks provide stability against surges and vibration. Parts are designed with cored-out geometry to help reduce with by up to 20% from traditional rubber blocks. Amphenol’s engineering experience enables the company to develop blocks that accommodate a wide range of tube diameters, and the products have no loose parts—reducing the likelihood of FOD
Ferrite Sheet
Ferrite is a ceramic compound composed of iron dioxide (Fe203), combined chemically with one or more metallic elements. Ferrite shields the metal parts of mobile phones so they do not absorb an electromagnetic field which results in a weak signal.
Fiber Demarcation Box Gen 3 (FD3)
The FD3 offers a lightweight aluminum housing with enhancements to cable ports, tie-down brackets and seals, layered fiber routing, various connector port types, and increased capacity, as well as door lock options. Splice trays are configurable to accommodate discrete passive components, such as splitters and WDM filters, as well as High-Density optical modules.
Fiber Demarcation Enhanced Access Box (FDE)
The FDE enclosure has a low profile, side-by-side door design that provides an ideal environment for splicing and patching in indoor wall-mount applications. An integrated access door on the customer side of the enclosure provides a generous opening for a cleaning tool to reach the optical connectors, resulting in a more craft-friendly design.
Fiber Distribution Point Pedestals
Fiber Distribution Point Pedestals offer two-stage environmental protection of fiber optic loop distribution cable and customer service drops in FTTP deployments. Each buried pedestal includes a weather-tight interior enclosure. They can accommodate loop-through and stub-out distribution cable, ribbon and loose buffer tube type cable, branch and drop splices, and fiber slack storage.

Fiber Interconnect Terminals provide flexible, compact outdoor enclosure solutions for fiber aggregation or demarcation of up to 96 fiber connectors and/or 432 fiber splices with easily field upgradeable options. Fiber Optic Round Closures
Fiber optic round closures provide a versatile, functional, and cost-effective solution for FTTH network connections. These sealed (IP68 rated) compact closures have a feed port and two branch ports. The units are an ideal solution for a repair closure. In addition, the branch ports can be fitted with multi-cable grommets to splice in drops and can be used as a drop closure.
Fiber Optic Subrack, 19", 3U
The subrack is suitable for accommodating up to 12x7TE or 16x5TE modules. Due to the modular design, the system is well scalable, and mixed configurations, as well as extensions, can be easily realized. Rear-mountable trunk head holders provide space for the safe and quick installation of incoming cables.
Fiber Sealed Drop Closures
Fiber Sealed Drop Closures (FSDC) provide a versatile, functional, and cost-effective solution for FTTH network connections to the subscriber. FSDCs are fully-sealed units that can be strand, pole, or pedestal mounted; or placed in below-ground vaults and enclosures to meet any installation topology. These compact closures have built-in adapters to support up to 16 drop cables.
Fiber Splice Box (FSB)
The FSB series of indoor wall mount enclosures are designed for centralized splice-only applications. These boxes are well suited as optical cable splice collection points for DAS (Distribution Antenna Systems), MTU (Multi-Tenant Unit), commercial business applications, and MDU (Multi-Dwelling Unit) residential fiber network applications.
Fiber Transition Terminals
Fiber Transition Terminals are ideal for low-density fiber circuits. They serve as a customer demarcation point for fiber entering the customer premises. They protect fiber drops from the elements and provide organized fiber slack storage. Fiber bend controls ensure proper bend radius requirements are met. 4 to 24 port models are available.
FlexTrax Cable Manager
FlexTrax combines the flexibility of split tubes with greater ease of access than slotted duct, significantly reducing the potential to pinch or bend a fiber compared to current vertical cable management methods. Users can purchase FlexTrax as needed for the application based on the estimated length required. Installation is simple and dynamic, allowing users to customize their solutions.

Fuse Box
With increasing electrification and digitalization of the driving and comfort functions in the vehicle, the requirements for protection against faults are rising.
