Amphenol designs and manufactures high-performance antennas specializing in Base Transceiver Station (BTS) and Small Cell Antennas for macro, iDAS and oDAS systems. We also offer transmission line products and other radio frequency (RF) peripherals including Base Station Antennas and RET Systems, Small Cell Antennas, Transmission Line Products and RF Conditioning Products. At a smaller scale, we design and manufacture internal, external, retractable, blade and many other types of antennas for wireless devices and antennas for automotive connectivity. Our single and multi-band solutions cover all wireless bands including USGSM, GSM, PCS, DCS, UMTS, GPS, CDMA, DVB-H, Bluetooth, WLAN, WiMAX, and 802.11a, and 802.11b/g.

GNSS Antenna Module
Amphenol's independent GNSS box includes an L1 band (1575MHz) patch antenna and a corresponding LNA. A customized harness length can be applied with a standard Fakra connector. It is applied in a vehicle for navigation.
HF Antennas
Amphenol manufactures HF Wire Antennas for short, medium, and long-range communications. The antennas are designed for tactical, emergency, and fast reaction situations. Wires are Kevlar-cored, copper braided and PVC coated with a no-kink feature. They are numbered for accurate set-up and are designed for the military environment with the soldier in mind.
High Performance Small Cell Canister Antennas
Amphenol offers one of the largest portfolios of small cell canister antennas in the industry. Our high port counts are ideally suited for multi-carrier, 4x4 & 8x8 MIMO. High gain reduces handover & increases channel capacity through spectral efficiency. Antennas cover the full sub-6 5G spectrum. An innovative design makes them easy to deploy & they blend seamlessly for strict zoning requirements.
Inductive Charging (QI)
Amphenol's inductive charging coils can be integrated into laptops, tablets, wearables, and other mobile computing devices. It complies with typical standards such as Qi, and can be customized to comply with other standards. The coil is made with FPC or wire wrapping . Generally, it is mounted on the battery.
LDS Antennas
Laser Direct Structuring (LDS) has led to vast opportunities in innovative design. The laser activation technology produces thinner lines and smaller features than previously made possible by other molded interconnect device processes without compromising consistency and repeatability. Surface mounting components on LDS antennas is also possible.
Mid Frame Antennas
Amphenol designs and manufactures plastic mid-frames for smart devices utilizing custom insert molding for metal battery compartments, acoustic chambers, and other mechanical components. Two-shot LDS can be utilized for increasing the mechanical strength of the frame yet creating a unique LDS antenna geometry.

Multi-Band Transportation Antennas
Amphenol’s transportation antennas are ideal for all locomotive/railway applications. The antennas feature multi-band arrays for PTC, voice, data, and location-based services. A quick-fit, blind-mate mounting system, and cabling solution offer rapid deployment. Independently verified, the antennas are designed to withstand the typical locomotive operational environment.
NFC
Amphenol's Near field communications (NFC) coils are integrated into laptops, tablets, wearables, and other mobile computing devices. The coils are thin and can be mounted on metallic surfaces such as PCBA, metal sheet, battery , etc. It complies with the Forum and EMVco standards.
