D38999 Pin and Socket Contacts
SV Microwave has released a line of D38999 pin and socket contacts that are aligned to the latest specification set forth by SOSA™. These coaxial contacts fit both standard and series III housing and are offered in BMB size 8 and SMPM size 12. These contacts are ideal in an embedded system that transitions from the chassis to an out-of-the-box application.

D38999 RF Contact Cable Assemblies
Amphenol SV Microwave offers high-frequency BMA and SMPM D38999 cabled RF contacts (size 8, 12 & 16) to SMA male connectors on Ø.085 and Ø.141 cable types that populate standard D38999 circular connectors. These fixed-length cable assemblies allow you to expand the use of the standard D38999 circular connector to incorporate microwave transmission lines.

Differential Twinax Contacts
Used to facilitate the launching of controlled impedance signals to printed circuit boards. Two strategically spaced inner contacts form two 100 or 150 Ohm matched impedance differential pairs. Requires modification of MIL-DTL-38999 connector to accommodate keyed contacts. Available in size 8 crimp termination style. Also available in size 8 with PC tails.
Differential Twinax Contacts
Offers several advantages for high data transfer rates, low power consumption and excellent EMI compatibility. Amphenol Twinax contacts terminate to a variety of cables and are also available with PCB tails.
Digital Video Interface Media Converters
Proven line of Digital Video Interface media converters that can be used in harsh environment avionics, ground systems, or naval applications that need to transmit and receive such encoded interfaces over fiber optic cables.
Diode Connectors
Offer the versatility of a standard connector, with transient protection for sensitive circuits, such as TTL Lines. Failures generated by load switching, lightning, electrostatic discharge (ESD), and an electromagnetic pulse (EMP) can destroy unprotected IC components. Compatible with present filter connector assembly procedures, diodes can stand alone or can be combined in series with filters.

D-Sub Accessories
FCI Basics D-Sub Accessories complement FCI Basics D-sub offering by accounting for the moderate to severe mechanical stresses encountered, and preventing risks like pulling up and accidental mismating. D-Sub High Performance Board-Mount Connectors
FCI Basics D-Sub High Performance Board-Mount Connectors are designed for severe environment applications in the field of telecommunications, aerospace, military (125°C) class and for particularly severe applications, especially high temperature (+155°C) class. They feature machined contacts and is available in solder bucket, straight spills, angled spills, and wire wrap terminations.
D-Sub Press-Fit Connectors
FCI Basics D-Sub Press-fit Connectors are available in single-shell Delta-D, high density, and mixed power designs, saving the cost of an additional wave soldering. The "Eye of the Needle" termination technique combined with a unique flat-rock design supports easy application by pressure on the insulator. Insertion kits are available for the process.
Dualok High-Vibration
Dualok is an enhanced anti-decoupling mechanism designed to perform under severe vibration environments. The Dualok system is proven to mitigate the negative effects of high vibration operation by eliminating connector back-off and reducing conditions that can cause fretting corrosion. Dualok is compatible with D38999 Series III receptacles and is qualified to Boeing BACC63EK.
Edge Lock RF PCB Connectors
SV Microwave’s new Edge-Lock PCB connector series is designed to pull the connector's contact lane into the edge of the PCB. The result is a fixture-less connector that is primed for reflow without any unnecessary custom fixtures to hold the connector in place. The secure fit between the connector and the PCB edge ensures optimal RF performance throughout the connector's full frequency range.
Electrically Conductive Seals
Electrically conductive seals for frequency ranges from 15 kHz to 4 GHz: Seals for square flange sockets for installation type: Front wall and back wall, seals for sockets with single hole mounts, seals for protective caps, seals for D-SUB connectors.
