We also manufacture integrated system solutions, such as media converters, Ethernet switches, cabinet solutions and distribution boxes that bring together multiple Amphenol interconnect products into one ruggedized solution. These custom products, built in close partnership with our customers, provide infinite options for systems engineers in all markets.

Adhesive Snap 'N Post
Designed as a 1-for-1 replacement to BACS31H / NMC RP1703/1704 ring posts. Wire installation time reduced from ~30sec to less than 5sec. Weight-neutral compared to BACS31H/RP1703/RP1704. Can stack in two 90° orientations. Arced rings allow for tie straps to cover remaining ±45° orientations.
Adhesive Standoff
Material options of PEEK 150GL30, or GF Ultem. Adhesion: Accommodates VHB Tape and wet processes. Can be crossed to Boeing’s BACS21DZ & Click Bond’s CB4002. Uses 1032 insert making it compatible with APH Clamps, metric option also available.
Adhesive Tie Mounts
Material: GF Ultem, GF PEEK & GF Nylon. Adhesion: Accommodates VHB Tape and wet processes. Click Bond Me-Too alternative crossing to CB9302 & CB9120. Can be used with any standard MS3367 or equivalent tie-down strap.

AirBLOWER® Fan
The AirBLOWER® fan system ensures airflow around the AirSTREAM® wiring frame to avoid temperature layering and reduce heat around components (Hot Spots). It is more energy-efficient than cooling systems or air conditioning and helps lower CO₂ emissions. The Compact version fits small cabinets with minimal space and suits various applications.

SEPERATORS Series 3308 qualified according to Airbus standard ABS1144.
They are used to maintain the required distance between two parallel or crossing cable bundles.
Available in 3 spacings: 25mm, 50mm or 75mm for easy installation with cable ties for cable diameters up to 45mm

Our ELECTRICALLY CONDUCTIVE GASKETS are approved acc. to VG96940-6 and offer excellent shielding characteristics against electromagnetic interference and maximum protection against moisture and dirt. They are also resistant to aggressive liquids such as oil or kerosene. The gasket are are available for a huge range of connector standards / series: Circular, rectangular, D-Sub, caps or customized

Flat braided copper conductors for flexible grounding and protective connections, sold by the meter or pre-assembled with cable lugs. Ideal for military vehicles and demanding industrial applications, ensuring reliable electrical continuity. VG-approved Amphenol Air LB product, combining flexibility, durability, and long-term performance.
Air LB BVG Series / VG95319-1011 approved
BACKSHELLS form the watertight seal of a connector and offer protection against electromagnetic interference, moisture, and dirt. They are available in different versions: band connection / clamping cone (SQ) / for heat shrink boots / straight or angled with a wide selection of cable outputs, materials and platings. Suitable for VG95319-1016 / MIL-DTL-38999 Series III / TV/CTV connectors.
Air LB CDEH Series / VG96953-13 approved
Grounding metal strips made of corrosion-resistant V4A stainless steel for low-resistance grounding and power distribution. Ideal for military vehicles, maritime applications, and demanding industrial environments. VG-approved Amphenol Air LB product, combining durability, reliability, and long-term performance.
Air LB Contacts / VG95319-1009 approved
VG-approved 75 Ω coaxial, or fiber optic contacts for video and data transmission. Compatible with VG95319‑1016, MIL-DTL-38999 Series III, TV/CTV connectors. Coaxial contacts support 0–3 GHz with matched 75 Ω impedance; fiber optic termini offer excellent optical and mechanical performance for single- and multimode.
Air LB GPC | GPCF Series / VG96927T018 Type B, C, D approved
CAT.6a Ethernet patch cable with VG approval for reliable 10 Gbit/s high-speed data transmission. Equipped with robust RJ45 connectors, it meets the demanding performance requirements of VG specifications. An Amphenol Air LB product designed for secure, high-performance networking in challenging environments.
Air LB metallic ties / VG95319-1015 appoved
These bands firmly secure shielding braids to the backshell, delivering robust protection against EMI, moisture, and dirt while ensuring reliable strain relief. Crafted from passivated stainless steel and fully compatible with VG95319-1011, they offer dependable performance and VG-approved quality.
Air LB VG version B - Marine Bronze
For use in extremely demanding, salty environments, Amphenol-Air LB relies on the VG-approved version B: Marine Bronze. Maritime applications place increased demands on every component due to their use in salty and humid environments. The RoHS & REACH compliant material, specially developed for maritime applications, offers reliable protection against corrosion and maximum robustness.
AirSTREAM® Wiring System
Compact wiring system with high-strength aluminum frames and integrated cable management. Eliminates the need of cable ducts and reduces cabinet space by separating wiring and components. Improves airflow and lowers internal temperatures by preventing hot spots. Ideal for modern control cabinets.
For small control cabinets and switch boxes there is the specially developed AirSTREAM® Compact.
Ambient Lighting
Customer-specific ambient lighting products. Technology for dynamic light functions, illuminated surfaces, direct light lines, indirect light, and Class-A surfaces is available. Amphenol TPC Wire & Cable Carrier Systems
Custom cable carrier systems include highly flexible cable combined with corrosion-resistant materials to match your dimensions, clearance, and other variables. Our systems are made-to-order specific to your application needs. ATPC Cable Carriers are available in steel or plastic, open or enclosed, include mounting brackets, strain relief, and interior separation.
Analog and Signal Converter
Programmable, signal, and universal converter modules with galvanic or 2-/3-way separation, various analog outputs, and isolation up to 4 kV. Input ranges include ±30 V, ±5 A, ±20 V, and 20 mA. With DIP switch or software setting. Temperature converters for PT/TE, frequency and standard signals. Power supply AC/DC 24–240 V. UL and DNV approved.
