Our primary end applications include cloud computing and data centers, gaming systems, internet appliances, networking equipment, servers, storage systems, transmission and web service providers.
FCI Basics Smart Card connectors are 8- or 16-pin connectors primarily used as full-size smart card readers. These are deployed in health, social security, ID cards, and credit card "chip-and-pin" schemes. These products also account for durability with a very large number of mating cycles.
The SMC interface features threaded coupling with 10-32 threads and is available in 50 and 75 Ohm configurations. SMC connectors offer broadband performance with low reflection DC to 10 GHz and are primarily used in telecommunications and instrumentation applications.
The SMP interface is a subminiature interface in the same scale as MMCX connectors but offers a frequency range of DC to 40 GHz. It is commonly used in miniaturized high frequency coaxial modules and is offered in both push-on and snap-on mating styles.
SOFIX® is a front IO interconnection system comprised of Right Angle headers and cable plugs, suitable for the distribution of power or signal. The design rules for the SOFIX® family of I/O connectors are derived from the Metral system (IEC 61076-104). As such, the SOFIX® system can be used as a complement to the Metral® backplane connector family or applied as a dedicated I/O solution.
SSMC connectors are ideal for limited-space applications that require the security of a threaded coupling mechanism. They are best used with semi-rigid cables or miniature flexible cables in demanding applications up to 12.4 GHz.
The Summit Rack can be mounted on ladder racks or wire baskets above the active equipment. The 19" spacing allows the installation of different panels, such as C2E, C2X, LCX, or patch plates, and is available in 3RU and 5RU configurations.

TMR current transducers are high-precision sensors that utilize tunnel magnetoresistance (TMR) technology to accurately measure current flow. They offer several advantages over traditional Hall-effect current sensors. Piher's TMR current transducers are the preferred choice for applications demanding high precision, reliability, and safety in current measurement.
Originally intended for use as a video connector in radar applications, UHF coaxial connectors are general purpose units developed for use in low frequency systems from 0.6 - 300 MHz.
FCI Basics Universal Contact is an independent SMT contact that provides an electrical connection between a device and a PCB. It is manufactured as a single-piece stamped product, incorporating pre-load and anti-lift features. It can be used to connect a number of device components in any direction and configuration using the same interface.
Amphenol USB 2.0 Connector was developed to integrate a variety of existing PC I/O ports into a single interface with hot-plugging and automatic configuration capabilities. It enables increased bandwidth to enhance serial I/O throughput for a wide range of peripherals. USB 2.0 connectors offer a stable signal data transmission up to 480Mb/s.
FCI Basics USB 2.0 connector delivers a data rate of up to 480Mb/s. The Universal Serial Bus interface is ideal for use in connecting removable storage devices into automotive multimedia systems but extends its functionality across a variety of domains in consumer, datacom, and industrial applications.
FCI Basics USB 3.0 connector delivers a data rate of up to 5Gb/s thanks to the SuperSpeed transfer mode. As a third major revision of the USB standard, it is backward compatible with USB 2.0 devices and cables. USB 3.0 is available in vertical through hole, right angle through-hole, and upright through-hole positions.
SuperSpeed USB will deliver 10x the data transfer rate of Hi-Speed USB, as well as improved power efficiency. With 5Gb/s signally rate, SuperSpeed USB 3.1 has a Sync-N-Go technology that minimizes user wait time. No device polling and lower active and idle power requirements are other significant features of these connectors. SuperSpeed USB is backward compatible with USB 2.0.
COMPLIANT TO USB 3.1 SPECIFICATIONS; IDEAL FOR SERVER APPLICATIONS
Amphenol USB 3.1 Gen 2 Connector operates with full-duplex signaling over two differential pairs, improving host-directed simultaneous bidirectional communication. It supports scalable power delivery up to 100W and performance speed up to 10Gb/s.
FCI Basics USB 3.1 Gen 2 Type C connector delivers 2x the data transfer rate of SuperSpeed USB, as well as offers highly improved power efficiency. The next-generation form factor provides a multifunction single cable solution for data, power, audio, and video.
