Amphenol designs and builds a broad range of accessories to complement our connector and cable assembly portfolio including backshells and cable clamps as well as other wire and cable management products. We also manufacture integrated system solutions, such as media converters, Ethernet switches, cabinet solutions and distribution boxes that bring together multiple Amphenol interconnect products into one ruggedized solution. These custom products, built in close partnership with our customers, provide infinite options for systems engineers in all markets.

Outside Plant Passives (OSP)
Optical passives ranging from 4 to 40 channel counts. They can be configured with optional express, upgrade, and test ports to support a variety of applications. The packaging comes in two forms, the HiDT (channel counts 8 or less) and the OSP AOM (channel counts 12 and higher), both providing stable optical performance across a wide operating temperature range for OSP deployment.
Over-Braided & Rugged Ethernet Cables
Over-braided cable assemblies for the Military and Commercial Aerospace markets. Braiding material, which improves overall EMI performance, includes Stainless Steel, Tinned Copper, and Aluminum. Braiding materials such as Nylon and Nomex are used for cable jacketing and vary based on operating temperature.
Pad Mount Equipment Cabinets
Pad Mount Equipment Cabinets (CUBE PM Series) are designed specifically to protect high-density installations of network equipment in outdoor environments and are ideal for wireless, wireline, and utility and applications. Various thermal options are available to ensure equipment is protected in all environments.
Panel Assemblies
Control panel assemblies for on-road and off-road specialty vehicles and military ground vehicles. Production volumes range from low to medium volume. Often our wire harnesses attach to and/or are internal to the panel assemblies we build. Applications include power distribution modules, instrument panels, switch panels, and many other types of sub-assemblies.
Pass Through Connection
Our Pass Through connectors is designed for an easy assembly for the Tier 1, in addition to the NXT connectors group: no partition line to generate greater hermiticity assurance, already validated by GM.

Pass Through Connection China / Asia
Pass Through connectors in Docharm Amphenol are varied. We have the design experience and manufacturing capability of mature such products. We have provided customization services for existing customers many times and our products have been recognized by them. We can meet different environmental requirements and structural needs of customers and can assist clients in pre-development.
PCB Contacts
PCB Tail contacts are best for applications that have limited space and connectors that are attached to printed circuit boards. Three standard tail lengths (.15 inches, .25 inches, .35 inches). Custom designs available. Gold plated or pre-tinned.
PCB Mounting Hardware
This hardware effectively redirects external forces away from the PCB connectors, ensuring a stable and reliable connection between the cable assembly and the PCB. The mounting hardware is designed for easy installation, leveraging existing cable connector features and requiring only a screw, nut, and Allen wrench for secure attachment. This solution is ideal for high-reliability applications.
P-Clamps
P-Clamps were developed to replace and outperform traditional P-Clamps and Saddle Clamps. Featuring an overmold silicone cushion with PEEK polymer, our clamps are completely non-conductive/non-corrosive, lightweight, and very durable.
PIM Hygienic Hardware
RFS Technologies' PIM products are designed to minimize Passive Intermodulation for optimal wireless performance. Engineered for small cells and base station systems, they include PIM-free cable installation accessories, and RRU/cable brackets. Built with precision and high-quality materials, RFS Technologies' PIM solutions ensure clear, interference-free signal transmission in demanding RF environments.

Pole Top Radio Concealment Shrouds
NEC-compliant protective shroud enclosures that support and conceal 5G remote radio heads (RRH) and 4G antennas. Weather-resistant design is suited for aesthetic equipment concealment at the top of wood or metal poles and helps meet municipal requirements for concealed radio deployments.
POS Machine Hinge CPHS-531
Cash register hinge made of CNC and Diecast componnets. Opening angle to 109 degrees with maximum torque at around 720N.mm. Life reaches to 50K cycles.

Amphenol has a large experience in power generation contact and has developed some technologies dedicated to power in order to reduce heating, save space, as well as increase durability.

Power Distribution Blocks offer the possibility of reducing fitting times, saving space, and allowing easy identification of network phases.

Power Feeder Spacers
Power feeder spacers provide a constant spacing between the power feeder. The custom design of this product allows a six-degree rotation on the power feeder bundle and doesn’t fight against the natural flow of the cable. It is designed to sit within an Omega Clamp used as anchor points.
Power Supplies LÜTZE COMPACT - Series
Power supplies for inductive, resistive, and capacitive loads with single-, three-, and 1-/2-/3-phase options. Output range: 30–2400 W. Compact design enables parallel and redundant operation. Efficiency up to 95.9%. Includes DC/DC converters, UPS, and redundancy modules.
